Absolutely. Even on the wings, he's very very inconsistent and selfish. I can't wait for Holjund to come in to see if Rashford will change his attitude. The only player I know he always look out for is his useless friend (Martial), who he passes to. He plays like he has told himself that he's the most important player in the team.

Our history didn't give us much room for maneuvers tbh. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't decentralize that recruitment authority a bit. It's the same mistake we made with Ole. We need another experienced football person in top position apart from the coach.

EtH knows nothing about talent and team building. He only buys players who he's worked with or wanted to work with in the last. And no one could veto his decisions.

At Ajax, experienced footballers- Overmars and VDS- kept him in check. At United, John Murtough is the doF.

I was always afraid that the move to kick Rangnick out would be a mistake. Reminds me of Moyes that sacked Ferguson’s backroom staff before resuming the job.

I actually want that friction. I don’t like it when power is too concentrated at one source. The doF shouldn’t be too powerful, neither should the coach. This will regulate nepotism and favoritism, which should favor the club in the end.
