Hello Giselle, a friend of my went for biometric with his dependent wife on 1st of august for a student visa application, wife got a mail on 8th of august to send additional documents of wedding pics in color and she responded same day, husband main application received a success decision on 11th of august. They are worried, I hope the wife is safe? Please they need your advise🙏🏽

Answer to your question, you need a court document that says you have sole parental responsibility of the child.

Please and please don’t mistaken custody for sole parental responsibility and no affidavit. An official court document will suffice and a copy of the parent’s visa (if you’ve gotten your vignette already).

My brother applied for a study visa and has since gone since February. So he decided to bring in his wife and kid after settling down. They were both the dependent when he applied.
So due to passport issue, the wife did her application first and then got her visa since 3rd of July, but had to wait because of their son.
So when his son’s passport was ready, he had to pay for a date for his appointment at TLs Abuja and he successfully did his biometric on the 26th of July.
Till today, they haven’t gotten any email. Now they’re really worried because he doesn’t want to leave his son behind. Also, he thinks him already there and his wife having a valid visa should help with their son’s processing/application but nothing yet. Please what can be done or they shouldn’t have to worry about anything as both of them have a valid visa?

Good morning all. Pls my husband is trying to fill the visa form for our child, and it asked that "are you relying on evidence from someone else to prove your financial circumstances? What will the answer be. If we pick yes, it will direct is to download a third-party consent form. Then for the application, can one create an email for the child to use for the application or use the father:s email address? Pls I need an urgent response as we want to apply and book an appointment date today.

Please I did my bio. Since 14th August. It was received that day that night. And it has moved to DMC. Since then it has not moved again as I was expecting it to move to VAC. It took my wife to get her visa exactly 5days after her bio. Because her own was done on 3rd. Why mine was on the 4th. Please advice me on what to do. Thank you
