I eat a lot and always in the mood for food without hunger except from illness which is quite uncommon with me
Please how can I stop this overeating of a thing because I am always in the mood for food even when I am busy. When am busy, I manage to get cookies. I eat as if I have more than one stomach. I rarely get hungry

Gluttony is an addiction like many addiction.

The Issue is a serious one most especially for idle people or people who work from home.

You will need to reprogram your brain to overcome the habit.

Drink plenty of water in the morning

Go out more and engage in social activities. If possible engage in outdoor exercise.

Eat moderate foods high in fiber.

Take fruits often.

You might also consider Gaming during your free time.

NB:Mind you, As a Human Being. It is a must to have one or two Addictions.

Addictions are very difficult Habit to stop. You will need to replace them with another Activities which might necessarily not be an Addiction.

So it's left to you on how to Mitigate it.
