God has finally done it for me grin. 3 years worth of work came to fruition and I was able to japa to Chile

Congratulations on your successful migration to Chile! Your determination and proactive approach towards achieving your goals truly stand out. I admire individuals who set clear plans and work diligently to realize them.
I've been away from this forum for a few months, intentionally taking a digital detox and dedicating time to concentrate on accomplishing some of my short-term objectives.

In evaluating your journey, I see several positives. Your strategic thinking, well-defined aspirations, and deliberate actions are commendable. You've effectively overcome obstacles that came your way and set your eyes on a target.

However, it's important to note some areas that you can use improve. It seems that at times you enjoy engaging in controversies and unnecessary comparisons. While sharing your experiences, you might consider focusing on the inspiring aspects of your journey without getting caught up in squabbles. It’s one of the reasons I respect Hannania, Airsaylongcome and qtguru because they have a way of diffusing tension and avoid divisive issues. Always remember that there’s time for everything and this thread could be nicer if you wanted it to be so.

As an ex-manager who has filed employment-based petitions, please be prepared. The H-1B1 follows the same requirements as the H-1B but is not a dual intent visa and has a shorter employment period. From a managerial perspective, there are reasons while I would prefer a H-1B candidate but that’s my opinion and I created a thread some time ago for managers in US/UK/Canada to give insights on work place issues that could benefit potential migrants but one of the guys I contacted was not interested because according to him it's on this platform, you’ll see someone who has never left Aba arguing with a world traveler on how on to travel the world. Threads are always derailed, and many people think experience can be bought from the internet alone. If a HM has interest in you, he would do everything to bring you on board irrespective of where you are.

On your professional profiles, avoid contentious issues, engage with companies you’ll like to work with and showcase your unique abilities. On your journey, explore your community, visit safe places, and enjoy life.

Always remember that everything will be Ok at the end, if it’s not Ok, it’s not the end.
Overall, your achievements are noteworthy, and I wish you the very best.

Some of us actually enjoy the controversy, I love it. Not every time peace & love, sometimes become Indboski. Not everyone is nice like Hannania. I love it Fire for Fire. I saw a lot of lies debunked by Gerrald & co. If not, some people will be lying unprovoked on this forum.

I don't want to derail my guy's thread as I have outlined and posted every piece of evidence to support his choice of Chile, considering his final aim - the United States.

The visa that demon screams about is the L1 visa which anybody anywhere can get, provided s/he work for a company which has branches and offices in the US. Even in Nigeria, people get that visa direct through a transfer to the US branch. However, it targets only senior employees, not entry level staff. Two, fewer companies are operating in Nigeria, multinational or indigenous, with branches/offices in the US compared to Chile. So, the chances of someone getting into such a company in Chile are higher than in Nigeria, and the chances increase when the population is factored.

However, an L1 visa is ranked low compared to H1B1 because literally any Chilean and Singaporean with a bachelor's degree can apply to jobs in the US and does not need to follow the standard H1B route most foreigners use to be sponsored to work in the US. Thus, through the H1B1 visa, Chileans and Singaporeans have an unrestricted route to work in the US. That makes the Chilean passport very powerful, as I explained here:

When I say OP is my Immigration Oga at the top, people think it's bants. Here is why the H1B1 is superior to the H1B visa. As you can see, even British citizens don't enjoy unfettered access to the US labour market as peddled by that 23 year old vagabond of a demon.

If you want enter all this kind country make sure there is an option B. Never throw yourself on the need to seek for assistance from diplomatic mission, or even finding yourself seeking for jobs. You can only get a business of buy and sell, and it will be in the city centre where there is much of busy atmosphere. Do not entwine in a remote place or chasing after there women this can lead to open doors for gangs or cartel notice.

As a foreigner in this crime rated South America regions you will need to focus on one thing and that thing is your PlanB

We are here for people like you to learn how to build a community filled with intellectual whom have at the back of their mind to relinquish an outstanding track records home and abroad. Those whom won't get cut up in others delimma and trial risk filled adventure. They may not even have option B... rather they would marry a woman older than there mother, sleeping comfortably with such women and refuting there motivated reason for migrating away from young black African women.
