Even our great parents still exhibit some attitudes unconsciously, all a man needs to do is accept them that way. A woman was telling me some times ago that whenever her husband buys anything for her or brings anything home, she often questions the worth to certify whether it worths the price. She discovered that her husband did not like it and this was creating unnecessary drama whenever he brings anything home. With the help of an elderly woman,she was told never to query the price of anything purchased by the husband as this will make the man look foolish and not smart, but accept gifts from him with appreciation and move on. An elderly man also told me that there are dynamics to woman behaviour. One: when you are dating.
Two: when you marry.
Three:when she conceives.
Four: when she starts giving birth.
Five: when the children are all matured
Sixth: when the children are on their own and left the house.

The next date let her pick the location... Then you can make your conclusions.

As for me I would rather prepare the meal(in our conversation I would have found out the kind of meal she likes) and choose a location to the beach, beech or other relaxation spot. It is left for her to credit or discredit the meal.

Take it from me, those are ladies with poor mentality. Sadly, a lot of our folks have poor mentality.

Courtesy demands that you don't make your host feel bad about paying for a meal or even anything. We should learn to appreciate others efforts at all times.

I've experienced it too. Those ladies are the ones that form and have pride. Real ladies will say it's nice even it it's not just to appreciate your effort. Some will even tell you it's too expensive and will offer to assist with the bill. (Not Nigerian babes oooooo)
