When you make these claims, also give a link or two.

Give me a link that shows it happened any other year.
Give me a link of this mission in Nigeria in 2020. I can't find any.

The German article written yesterday, says it's a new mission and they never made reference to it ever happening in any other guise or form previously.

🤣😂

From my experience, Niger and Mali has some of the best armies in ECOWAS

vankelvin:
And they are very formidable as well

You sound very inexperienced then or just straight deluded. grin

It’s this the same Malian army that was getting annihilated; completely overrun by Taureg nomads with rusty Ak’s and was forced to run to France and ECOWAS begging for help?🙃 The same Mali who’s soldiers shoot imaginary bullets at the firing range because they can’t afford to train with real ones. grin

Didn’t the Nigerien army suffer nearly the exact same situation just slightly not as bad getting thrashed by BokoHarem and Taureg tribes?🙃 Didn’t they also run to France & the USA for help? The same Niger that lost over 100 of there soldiers to BokoHarem in a single 24 hour battle?

Don’t they both not only have zero heavy armor but nearly nonexistent AirForces? Are they not both already living on or begging an infamous shotty PMC(Wagner) for assistance?

Maybe they look like the best from your Ghanaian perspective but do you smoothbrains really want to die on this hill? 😂

Oga you posted countries paying 4 days visit to the coastal areas (the gulf of Guinea). That has been happening and even China did thesame this year. They toured Africa and almost everywhere around the world. Those are just tours that have been going on for decades.
This is not what my article is talking about. This is a new operation borne out of the fact that Europe is losing the sahel with this Niger problem. Read my article.
They called this one a new kind of operation. This is more than mere ships from Europe visiting naval areas for a few days, which they do all over the world. In this one, there is a possibility of them maintaining a foothold by establishing bases. This one, Ghana and Benin sent special applications and it's not targeted at just visiting the navy in the gulf of Guinea but establishing a more stable partnership.

If you read those articles, they were more like tours where they heaped praises on Nigeria for the efforts of Nigeria in the anti piracy fight. This is different from my article. Apples to oranges.

The Satan that created these midget with peanut size brain has done humanity a great disservice.
They are very quick at talking but extremely slow at thinking.
The ediot born in one of witch camps scattered all over the IMF-begging heavily indebted poor, bankrupt colony to provide a link to back his claim up and he went and pull link of port call.
The Chinese navy did a port call not long ago.
In there anywhere in the link that training was mentioned.

What just happened in Gabon is a hint for Nigeria to stay out of Niger's issue. The people are angry with the status quo across much of Africa. Unpopular regimes are being unseated. Africans were made to believe military rule was bad and many subsahara countries shed their military government togas only to shockingly find out that the politicians are actually bigger thieves.
Re: Kenyans Are Far Behind Nigerians In Every Aspect – Fani-Kayode by chrisooblog: 3:03pm On Aug 30, 2023
Chief you're comparing apples to oranges.

Gabon's issue is a clear case of a kleptomaniac sit-tight ruler getting removed after trying to manipulate the existing institutions to make himself stay in power.

While in Niger a duly elected president who has barely done two years of his term was illegally removed by military interlopers. How can a regime be unpopular when it hasn't spent up to half of its time there?

Two reasons for the coup in Niger:

1) The leader of the Junta knew he was going to be demoted soon and he struck first.

2) Mohammed Bazoum was never liked in the first place and many feel he was installed by the former leader of Niger.

It's such a pity because although Bazoum has his short comings (like every other puppet in the continent), his handling of security issues in Niger were relatively more reformed compared to Mali and Bfaso, especially Mali. His relationship with Nigeria was top notch as well.

Gabon's situation is different. Many actually saw that coming.

Can’t tell these airheads nothing. People have explained to them Nigeria’s perspective multiple times but the very next day they talk as if they’ve read nothing. They can’t afford to drop it because their entire argument falls apart if they do. Pathetic. So get ready to continuously hear there broken record.

It's all still about bad governance. If the politicians are doing well their citizens won't support military incursion. I don't support military takeovers but look at how bad and overconfident those politicians are in terms of corruption.
