Is it possible for someone to know if agent truly applied a visa for him,

A friend shared his story with me that last 4 years one agent applied a visitor visa for him, that he went to VSF office but wasn't do biometrics or capturing. I asked him how that possible?

He said he submitted his passport at that time in 2019, but what I'm convinced about is that he was issued a teller shows visa and biometrics fees with reference and tracking number.

But he said that he didn't do any biometrics or capturing at that time, after some days his passport was sent back to him in Osun state.

Now my question is that how can we check if his having any information with IRCC or if the agent truly applied a visa for him at that time?

Below is the teller he sent to me that was giving to him at VFS in 2019

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon house, The company I work for is writing a study leave approval letter in support of my career growth They will be supporting me with 10,000 dollars yearly and I will be getting my monthly salary, This is written on our letterhead signed by our HR, my mother will also be co-sponsoring my education and I have all necessary docs.
so my cosign is, are there any other docs I should get from my company to support the claim and do I stand a good chance with this sponsorship?

Hi,
Please who has received CBSA notes recently? How long did it take before you got it?
Or GCMS notes? How long did that take?

Also, can one pay for GCMS notes with Naira Card?
How did you go about it? Or must it be done by someone in Canada? (thats i got it last year when my ward’s visa was delayed).

Inputs please.

If it's a loan from friends and family then it's fine. But if it's a loan from company like mpower, Personally it's not advisable cos you start paying the interest almost immediately, besides they do not support all schools.

If you do not have UCI then leave that space blank.
You get UCI if you have a prior application with IRCC. I'm open to correction if there's an updated information.

Cheers.

Hello room,

I am submitting application for student visa for my wife. As a dependant, I choose to apply for an open work permit.

From the document required, I was told to provide purpose of travel which includes a scanned copy of the flight ticket departing the can't travel itinerary and proof of medical. (See attached). Who has experience with what to provide here, please?

Secondly, on my imm1295e form, under detailed of intended work in Canada, I chose open work permit and I was asked for details of employer, address, date and title of employment.

What should I put here as no employment yet, just an open work permit?

Thanks for your time.
Purpose of travel:provide statement of purpose in that section; why you want to travel to canada introduce your self, your education and qualifications and work experience ..why you want to travel to canada that is to work or to gain work experience and give reasons why you want to accompany her to canada..
Attach letter of acceptance .

Provide other documents ;marriage certificate, your educational qualifications etc

Imm1295e under details of employer: leave blank

To the best of my knowledge, IRCC frowns at bulk deposits unless they are explicitly explained. What is the relationship between you and your sponsor?
Was it well defined in your application?

Cheers
Callhimakin1203:

I'm also at this cross road even though I have submitted now but just worried about my chances
My sponsor deposited 24m in my account in two batches 16m and 8m after thr exchange rate went up but I'm now worried the documents I submitted might be insufficient
My sponsor is a
Lawyer
Restaurant owner
Car and truck dealer
Petroleum dealer too ( 3 filling stations)
I added all thr CAC documents, deed of Assignment, letter of lease to Bovas and pictures of business area but I couldn't get any invoices or receipts as no one issues receipts to people buying food or petrol.

Incase of a refusal, God forbid what do you think I can do better next time

Hi, thanks for your reply

My sponsor is my dad. I explicitly stated that in my SOP AND LOE.
As regards explanation, i stated it was funds solely set aside for my studies. I also said its funds accumulated over the period the various business has been in existence

Hi all,
Someone asked me if he can land with an expired medicals. He was supposed to start in January but due to initial refusals and delay he deferred to September. Now, his medical expired early August and he just discovered it today with flight already scheduled for Sunday and school starting in next week.
I don't know the answer. Will there be an issue for him when he lands?
Check if counterfoil is valid on application portal! if invalid he will need to re-do medical..

Sometimes ircc may extend medical validity on letter of introduction on delayed applications with medical valid on approval, expired before ppr although this may not apply to him..
I managed to travel with 7wks expired medicals.. though my counterfoil was valid.

Thanks samadex, I'm convinced too because the slip means alot and indicated he does biometrics because he can't be issued this slip without doing biometrics.

Please can someone write IRCC without UCI or visa number in an event like this?

Please what do you suggest he can do in a situation like this?

Now if he want to reapply without knowing what the agent as filled for him in the past how can we go about this to avoid misrepresentation or ban.

Thanks all

Hmmm we plenty with this “recommend interview” thing. But they ought to have answered you after you submitted your updated SOA. I think they tend to forget applications that require second review.

Good evening house!

I just got my GCMS note after 9 days of applying via ATIP. My eligibility status is Recommend Interview, info sharing in progress, criminality and medical passed. What could this mean? This is my 15th week of waiting, applied May 17th. They requested for an updated MyBankStatement last week of August which I send the next day. This waiting is frustarating
