Apparently, we ain't on the same pace. How would one blame debts accumulation on the citizens huh
Leadership is simply the problem here, and until we get that correctly nothing will work. It's not your 'subsidy' brouhaha, bro
Nobody is blaming debt accumulation on citizens but it is the citizens that would pay by way of tax.

Useless agbadorians have taken over this thread.

Please Obidients let's come out and protest wherever we are. For those in Lagos, our meeting point is the new train station. We need more people to join us.
Come out in your numbers and fight for your country.
Leave this thread for those useless people.

Politicians have rigged the whole system. All electoral disputes have to be settled before an incumbent takes over not after when the same person has hijacked all government institutions and you expect him to just let go like that. The people will never have their way if things continue to be done this way. Since 1999 all electoral disputes have always gone the way of the incumbent. No future in sight for this country.
The court requires sufficient time to seat. And even nature abhors a vacuum.

Except if you want us to be conducting elections 6/12 months to the handover. And this also, can throw up issues. A winner waiting a whooping 6/12 months before taking up the mantle. I do not think any country does that!

Kindly note also, that the court of first instance is not the final arbiter of election disputes. It will still go from there to a higher Court for Appeal.

For Presidential election ,its own Tribunal is the Appeal Court, and then goes from there to the Supreme court (the process to final Supreme court verdict may take up to 9months).
For gubernatorial, the cases starts at the Tribunal, to the Appeal and then finally to the Supreme court (the process may take up to 12months)
For legislators, the cases starts at the Tribunal and ends at the Appeal court. (may take up to 9months).

EU report detailing violence and alleged rigging not certified.

Section 104(1) of the Electoral Act mandates that a secondary evidence must be validated by the author of the document or certified with his initials on the footnotes "Certified by me."

It is therefore not admissible in Court.

Sentiment aside, Obi's lawyer seems very dull at what they did! They were not smart. One thing is to know the law, another thing is to understand how to use the law against your opponent. This is where Wole Olanipekun stand out..

That being said, Obi himself messed up the whole case from the beginning; He said we won the case and we'll prove it in court. E reach court, he couldn't prove how he won! He couldn't prove anything different from the original results!

You can hear the judge saying... Petitioner claimed his votes were reduced but didn't state numbers nor polling units. It's a total bullshiiit honestly!

The moment his lawyers got to know there was nothing to prove at all, (tho they can't tell Obi cuz they have to get paid) they resulted to disqualification - they'd be like, *make e no be like say we didn't do anything*

This case was the easiest case Olanipekun had come across. Atiku Vs Buhari was more detailed & thick than this..
They don't have anything to use to prove their case because there is none, they believed Obi when he told them that he won and he can prove it, these lawyers cannot perform unless they have materials to work with and there is none. Anyways they got to work and get paid so they play along
