It depends, if it's for a student visa it's minimum of 28 days .
If it's visitors visa it's 6 months , however there has been cases people used 3 or 4 months and they still got their visas .
I usually use 6 months statement .

Hi
Please is there standard timeframe for bank statement is it 28 days, 3 month or 6 month?

Good morning house,
I did a paid call twice to UKVI , regarding my son's passport after submission of Hospital birth certificate and all they kept saying was " they will make a decision soon" . Does anyone have an idea if they will contact the Hospital for verification of birth at their premises. Please assist. Thank you

that's why you don't apply to just one school, don't put your eggs in one basket. There's a timeframe which they could issue it, schools won't issue CAS earlier than when they should or after when they should. Reapply (the school information centre will have more information about that) or try somewhere else

Most Universities in U.K. requires you to pay deposit before you are insured CAS, saying not to put eggs in one basket does not suffice in this matter, CAS is normal difficult to get in most Universities around this time, the best way is to always start early and if you know you are late better you research Universities that issues CAS easily. Eg Swansea, Stirling etc

I don't think you can get CAS again for this intake. I would advise you to reach out to the school if they can transfer your admission to the next available intake, which I believe won't be possible because it's already too late to defer.

You will have to apply for a refund of your initial deposit or you apply for the next intake.

Note: You can't make this request right now due to T&C of your offer, keep trying to reach out to the school.

Hello everyone,
I used my email address for i and my 2 months old son Uk application, I booked an appointment for biometrics last night for both of us but noticed that a payment confirmation wasn’t sent to the mail in my name but got for him.
We both have an account on TLS with our individual visa application number.
Please is there something am not doing write?
Will it affect our biometrics especially me.

Unless they have a doubt concerning the document you sent, I don't think they will call the hospital to confirm.

If I may ask, why are you stressing yourself out about the document you submitted? Is the document not legit?

In any case, nobody can predict with certainty what they will do.

Good evening, The documents I submitted is genuine, my worry initially was, could it be that the hospital isn't responding to email .

No, it's not difficult. Follow the application steps, it will take you to the TLS website where you can choose an appointment.

hello, I need help in making a strong visitors visa application.

1.Your circumstances have not really changed.
2.You also can not afford to sponsor the trip yourself.
3. Tuition receipt and letter from university does not prove you are an active student
4. Why have you also not visited other countries if in dire need of a holiday and your parents sponsored you there?

These are the 4 questions along with the 2 previous refusals + minimal change to your circumstances that may work against you.

hello, I need help in making a strong visitors visa application.

I'm a student and I am unemployed and dependent on my parents.I have two previous refusals the first one I did it myself and was refused on the grounds that I did not provide evidence of my financial circumstances, so I did not add my bank statement when I applied for the first time because I stated I was a student and did not have any formal employment and I provided my parents bank statements thinking that would be enough but it clearly wasn't hence the refusal.

For the second application I provided my bank statement for the agency and the second refusal was due to not providing evidence to prove my sponsor's source of funds and this was because the agency failed to explain that the bank statement provided was my sponsors savings account and did not inform me that I needed to add my sponsors salary account statement too.
The other reason they stated was not providing evidence to prove I am currently in education. I did the second application with an agency.

So, I want to apply again with the necessary documents.
-This time I will be adding my sponsor's salary and savings account statement and explaining the source of funds clearly.
-I wasn't in school as at the second refusal but now I am currently in a school and just rounded up my semester online and would be taking the next semester in October so I want to take a 5 days holiday on the last week of September to the UK before resumption to cool off
-I will submit tuition receipt and a letter from my university showing my admission is active.
I will submit my personal bank statement and a letter along with it stating I am an unemployed student and only receive money from my parents and they will sponsor the trip
-I plan on submitting my application as soon as possible and doing a priority service so is it safe to pick the last dates of September as travel date?

I want to know what other documents you guys think I should add to help build my case and avoid getting a refusal

Also, I have some friends there so should I state I'm going as a tourist that would be sponsored by my parents and I will be visiting friends also and staying with my friend and get an invitation letter from my friend I will be staying with or I shouldn't add the visiting and staying with a friend part and make a reservation on booking.com instead?
Which of these will make my case stronger?

If you can help me with a template or cover letter that can help me I'll be grateful also

Thank you guys.

Try. You might be lucky.

However, from my perspective, the visa case worker will wonder why you are so interested in visiting the UK.

You can travel to 194 other Countries. Why the UK?

If you can answer that question, you'll be fine. Good luck!

Check your spam, if you don’t find it. Contact TLS, they responded on time when I did.
I raised a complaint on their website when I didn’t get the confirmation mail and they responded the next day with the mail.

Hi house, sorry if this has been asked before but when going for the visa appointment. What should you carry along? Does one have to be there in person or is it all done online?
