It depends, if it's for a student visa it's minimum of 28 days . If it's visitors visa it's 6 months , however there has been cases people used 3 or 4 months and they still got their visas . I usually use 6 months statement . jimcykhan: 1 Like |

Good morning house, I did a paid call twice to UKVI , regarding my son's passport after submission of Hospital birth certificate and all they kept saying was " they will make a decision soon" . Does anyone have an idea if they will contact the Hospital for verification of birth at their premises. Please assist. Thank you |

Olami27:that's why you don't apply to just one school, don't put your eggs in one basket. There's a timeframe which they could issue it, schools won't issue CAS earlier than when they should or after when they should. Reapply (the school information centre will have more information about that) or try somewhere else |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Igbamatigbi: 8:55am On Sep 07, 2023 |
Instablog9ja: Most Universities in U.K. requires you to pay deposit before you are insured CAS, saying not to put eggs in one basket does not suffice in this matter, CAS is normal difficult to get in most Universities around this time, the best way is to always start early and if you know you are late better you research Universities that issues CAS easily. Eg Swansea, Stirling etc 1 Like 1 Share |

Good Morning Pls can I reapply for CAS? No positive response from the school since last month. Does anyone has similar issues too with BPP university Most Universities in U.K. requires you to pay deposit before you are insured CAS, saying not to put eggs in one basket does not suffice in this matter, CAS is normal difficult to get in most Universities around this time, the best way is to always start early and if you know you are late better you research Universities that issues CAS easily. Olami27: I don't think you can get CAS again for this intake. I would advise you to reach out to the school if they can transfer your admission to the next available intake, which I believe won't be possible because it's already too late to defer. You will have to apply for a refund of your initial deposit or you apply for the next intake. Note: You can't make this request right now due to T&C of your offer, keep trying to reach out to the school. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Ashirioluwa: 5:56pm On Sep 07, 2023 |
Ghaneeyah4me: Unless they have a doubt concerning the document you sent, I don't think they will call the hospital to confirm. If I may ask, why are you stressing yourself out about the document you submitted? Is the document not legit? In any case, nobody can predict with certainty what they will do. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Ghaneeyah4me: 7:17pm On Sep 07, 2023 |
Good evening, The documents I submitted is genuine, my worry initially was, could it be that the hospital isn't responding to email . Ashirioluwa: |

queenethpat00: 1.Your circumstances have not really changed. 2.You also can not afford to sponsor the trip yourself. 3. Tuition receipt and letter from university does not prove you are an active student 4. Why have you also not visited other countries if in dire need of a holiday and your parents sponsored you there? These are the 4 questions along with the 2 previous refusals + minimal change to your circumstances that may work against you. |

queenethpat00: Try. You might be lucky. However, from my perspective, the visa case worker will wonder why you are so interested in visiting the UK. You can travel to 194 other Countries. Why the UK? If you can answer that question, you'll be fine. Good luck! |

Khenney002:1. Introduction letter from school 2. Admission letter and all admission correspondence 3. Academic results since you stepped into the school till present day 4. School ID card 5. Photographs of you in the school setting, at school gate, departments but close to areas with inscriptions with your school name 6. Tuition receipts, hostel fees, departmental levies and any payments you have made to school bearing the school’s name. Nothing is trivial. Submit all 7. Any clubs in school that you belong to with correspondence showing your school name 5 Likes |

Check your spam, if you don’t find it. Contact TLS, they responded on time when I did. I raised a complaint on their website when I didn’t get the confirmation mail and they responded the next day with the mail. Tripletmom: |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by evergreen9: 6:27am On Sep 09, 2023 |
Hi house, sorry if this has been asked before but when going for the visa appointment. What should you carry along? Does one have to be there in person or is it all done online? |
