He's my Governor and I have absolute believe in his capacity, I just didn't think that it's possible to finish such project in such a short time frame.

There is a payment card where you preload your money. Before at the arrival arena there you will tap in and the money get debited. Once you tap the door opens and you pass to access the elevator or what ever means you wish to go up.
Same way you tap before using BRT. Infact you can use the card for both BRT and train.

In a video that surfaced on the internet, they were seen running in order to meet up with the train which was about moving at that time.

According to Governor Sanwoolu’s aide, the crowd were coming from their respective offices and are bound to return to the Mainland from Marina.
