The only explanation for this is that Tinubu's legal team applied for the Judgement CTC, got it, then electronically added their mark to the scanned copy before uploading it online, for full disclosure of the uploaded CTC's source.

If that's the case, I see nothing wrong with that..

Before Obi and Atiku's team cry blood and raise their usual false alarm, they should try getting a physical CTC of the judgment themselves, and see whether it also has that Tinubu Legal team mark.

The whole shame revealed Tinubu's Presidential Legal Team as the author of the judgement that PEPC.
What appeared on the judgement copy was an oversight to them.
They were so satisfied with the draft so much that they forgot to be careful as to eliminate any sign that will link them to the documents.
It is a disastrous oversight.

For the first time, someone who understands and see beyond the temporal. My major gross with the judgement is how INEC got away with the travesty. If that issue becomes law, our electoral jurisprudence is gone for good. What does this mean?

God forbid BAT fails to perform, people would naturally yearn for a change. However, when the institutions that could guarantee that has been compromised, what then would be the fate the common man, especially those celebrating it today? It means Nigeria would be condemned to never function, it will be an endless cycle of impunity (cash-and-carry politics). By then, no amount of patriotism would stop the brightest of us from jumping ship in larger numbers, even if to African countries.

If one must be tribalistic or parochial, never joke with injustice because it comes around in full cycle.

Why are these people acting like a todler? Is this what opposition has reduced to? And do you think court of appeal in their lowest thinking capacities will make such mistakes when it is not only 10 person working and printing the documents same time. And they also have all the party reps there also. Instead of them start restrategizing to grab more power from state house of assembies to federal in order to solidify their strength, they are busy doing busy body. When the election days are close by, they will be relaying on social media statistics to win election.

I'm pro Tinubu so far but all the rulings. and judgement ain't pure. Some of the judgement in favor of Apc shouldn't have being in a corrupt free society. But we're In Nigeria where majorities of shitty things goes.

Waaoh! It is difficult to believe we are actually having this conversation. Anyways when it comes to conspiracy theories even the most intelligent people can become duds. Watermark, Header on a scanned document? You see for an original document, any alteration to the content in any way render it inadmissible. For the same document, however, once you scan it into PDF, you can edit to mark the documents with stuffs like CONFIDENTIAL , OFFICIAL SENSITIVE, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, PROPERTY OF.... etc in types of format either appearing behind written texts or on top, at the top of the page left right or center, ,bottom of the page left, right, center or indeed anywhere you like on the page.

The question is did the copies received by the other parties have the same 'header' as this one we are seeing and if not can they show forensically that the copies they were given have been redacted in any form? And finally, this reminds me of the title of James Hadley Chase book titled BELIEVE THIS YOU WILL BELIEVE ANYTHING. So the Tinubu legal team were so daft to have written the judgement and even put their signature to it and the judges were also 'foolish' also not to have spotted this before it was sent out, haba!
