That was the same person chasing me all over the other thread trying to tell me what gathering in the name of Jesus meant and will at the same time says the God he serves his different from mine. Is that not madness and insanities peddling.

Tell him Jesus is the son of God that too will not make him see you use a true Christian because what and who true Christians means to him his defined by his GODS housed in USA.

Concerning your question.

An arch angel is one of the powerful/principal angels of God.
The verse Isaiah 14:13-14 describes Lucifer as exactly that. Though it does not use the term because he is now the devil. Even archangel Michael respected his office.

Jude.1.9 - Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"

This is your own PERSONAL opinion because no Bible version explicitly say Lucifer is an Archangel.
The one and only Archangel in the Bible is Michael.
