I’d suggest you book.
My younger brother wanted booking 2weeks ago and only saw dates for 1st week of November, we tried checking at intervals to see if closer dates will drop and also tried contacting the embassy for closer dates which proved abortive.
After 2days the dates available was now November ending and upwards, he had to just book like that and wait it out.
Thank you

Hello everyone, I'm coming to the UK by the end of this week and I need help with accommodation. I'd appreciate a place with close proximity to Manchester because that's where my school is. I don't mind sharing the apartment with guys but I'd prefer an all female household. I'm really desperate because I don't have any friend or relative in that area. Don't ignore me pleaseπŸ™
Anyone please?? My departure date is getting closer and I haven't gotten a place. Please if you know any agent or anyone help me plsπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

It's that time of the year when accommodation are choked, while you wait for a response, better plan towards plan B... Airbnb or hostel. Run a Google search for this and lock this down... E get why! Most likely when you arrive you will find it easy getting accommodation. You can also try Rightmove, Zoopla, Amber Students and other online platforms for student accommodation. All the best.

Let me tell you what I did, if you are either in lagos or Abuja, kindly arrange your bag and keep checking wakanow for same day or next day flight.. some people cancel their flight few hours or days before travel and this will crash the price of the ticket.. Well this is how I got my ticket when I travelled.

Gatwick is far, that's why the flight is less expensive. People don't use it much

Also check spare room.com ..you can use the one week in Airbnb to check out options you see on Airbnb.
Some unis also have where students share possible accommodation options

If you’re in Scotland or your location is close to Glasgow.

Kindly visit Royal Hospital for Children in Govan Road

Talk to the guys at the reception, an appointment will be arranged for you.
Thanks for your input
It's been successfully sorted out

Brethren
What should one expect in a prison officer online assessment...?
Hubby reluctantly applied, passed the first numerical and logical test
Now this is the final assessment
Any hint on what to expect plus advise to give on this kinda job would be appreciated. Hope they won't assigned someone (foreigners) to condemned prison inmates just as it is presumabed that foreigners are majorly recruited in the US-Uk army for war front grin

As the dream jobs are yet to come, even if na olopa work

Thanks elders

Quite straightforward when you use LemFi formally known as Lemonade. You can use my referral link to download the app and we both get Β£10 eachπŸ˜‰

Search through Google Flights for the cheapest. But I tell you flights would be expensive now except you select dates from October.

The most popular app being used is Lemfi formerly Lemonade and you need your UK number , uk address and BRP to register .And it after approval that you can now start using it .you can use it to convert pound to naira and vice versa and very easy to navigate .
If you need to sign up, this is the link to sign up and download the app
https://www.lemfi.com/ and you can use my referral link here : OPEYN1IG to earn 10Β£ each for both of us .

I’m back again o. This time I’d like to know how can one get a care job as an international student in this uk? I’m asking because I’ve been applying to all the advertised vacancies to no avail. They want someone with a full uk driving license and access to a car, two things I currently don’t have although I’ve been driving for years in Nigeria and hold a valid Nigerian and international driving license.
Please help me o πŸ™πŸΎ.
Anyone with information or link with agencies that will employ newbies like me. I reside in Derby.
