Hello Peejay03 how did you rectify this, was your LOE sufficient after reapplying currently in this same situation I am honestly confused on how to go about it cos it was complete oversight, we can connect if you don’t mind.

peejay03:
Hello everyone,

I was refused a visa on 2 grounds. First is the generic refusal of not been consistent with a temporary stay given the details provided in the application while the second reason is that I submitted a documentation that lacks authenticity. I applied for my GCMS note and it states that i did not disclose my previous refusals which I totally forgot to include in my application.

I intend reapplying and I need help with a template on how to explain these refusals. I've tried writing out something but the English isn't Englishing grin. I'd really appreciate it if someone with similar refusal and has gotten PPR could kindly share their LOE with me.

Alternatively, I won't mind if someone could kindly help me review the SOP used in the previous application to suit the refusal reasons. Kindly indicate please and I'll reach out. Thank you.

30M POF for one year program is way overblown. Are you going for MBA. Don't totally kill op spirit. Pof depends on your tuition fee and in this case just 10k living expenses and maybe 4k miscellany. Would be excellent if sponsor can show some commitment by paying some fees or sending some money to your acc. Sponsor should also have like 5M above this total sum you need as pof. 15M could be enough. But you might want to provide complete information to get proper advise. Like how much is your tuition fee ?. Also don't flaunt the idea of having ties to CA too much(free accommodation) especially as you have no assets or strong ties to NG. It may seriously work against you. You should never have more ties to Ca than NG on study permit. Above all,you need to make ur app strong. I am no pro but you might want to personally appeal to Zubizareta and co to help you. Help you look at what you are doing and guide you. Will increase your chances a lot.
1year course Total tuition is $17,400.. 1st semester is $8,560 which I paid $1500 of already, balance of $7000 to be paid by Feb 13 2024 as my course starts in May 2024 by Gods grace.I am thinking a closing statement of 15m should be enough? I am now removing the fact that I’ll be staying with my sister from my LOE as suggested.I am not sponsoring myself..my fathers friend is but I am been discouraged because he isn’t a family member..please what can be done in this situation? Because if he decides to give me the money nd send to my acct wNt it reflect as a lump sum?

hello house
How long does it take IRCC to confirm the application after submission?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Emma549: 3:22am On Sep 19, 2023
Yes the money was in my account.
I didn't remember to mention
She is doing her second Masters here in Canada.
Same masters course she did in Nigeria.
She explained that when she went through the courses in Canada and compared to Nigeria, the gap was too much and that our sylabus here is obsolete and our lecturers keep repeating the obsolete sylabus that she want to change that system on coming back.

gideon19:

Congratulations once again.

Just to be clear, the money is in your account but still had to write a letter of sponsorship since both of you will be traveling together?

Hello everyone, please I want to ask a question. Someone is in Canada on a visitor visa and then he got admission. Does he have to leave Canada before he applies for his study visa? Because I see he may not be qualified to apply within Canada since he is on visitor visa.

Please what is the process? Thank as I look forward to your valuable opinion on this.

First you will find it difficult to convince the VO that your father's friend is sponsoring you whether the money is fully sent to you or its in his own account. Either way, you will submit his statement of account and supporting docs to prove source of funds and how he made the money.

Tuition bal 15,900
Living expenses 10,000
Miscellaneous 4,000
Total 29,900

You will be needing atleast 20,000,000
BTW 20m to 22m

When did you finish school? Are you working or doing business that you are 100% dependent on someone sponsoring you? That's an important question you haven't answered and that will contribute to how strong your economic ties will be to see if it will match your Canada ties let alone being stronger than it

Hello everyone!

Pls I need help!!!

Now, the problem is that the date of birth on my transcript is different from the one on my international passport. (Age on NIN, Birth certificate and international passport are the same and correct but the one on jamb, waec and transcript are different). And the school I'm applying to in Canada needs my transcript (unofficial or official) to complete the admission process. Pls what can I do?

Try and see if you can correct your age with school and jamb

God has done it for my family in a very special way.
Family of three.

Wife 22: Study permit
Me 31: SOWP
Son 1yr 11 months: Visitor visa

Timeline:
Application submitted on August 14
Biometrics for wife 22 August
Me no biometrics was refused 2018

Upfront medicals August 23

PPR for all: 18 September

Full-term tuition paid

Pof 29M
4 months MBS& Paper

Lump sum 15M investment liquidation
Explained with proof.

My profile is a tricky one. In my previous refusal, I was going for a Web development diploma when I already had a degree in accounting. Because of this, I decided to hide the fact that I had this degree. Also, I was in my second yr doing CS. I also did not disclose this, fearing it wouldn't make sense to them. Neither did I disclose the fact that I was doing my nysc at the time for my first degree:

In this application, I came clean with everything. I was worried that this might be seen as a misrepresentation.

Special thanks to @Bullstriker. God used him to do this miracle for my family - from admission to study permit approval. He did everything, professional, outstanding and thorough job.

No, he doesn't need to leave Canada. He can apply for study visa in Canada eventhough he is on visit.
Cheers.

What I did was that , I did a court affidavit for my waec since waec doesn’t change age and another birth certificate rhyme with my nin and passport.

But you can still seek the gurus consent here like zubizareta

Please I need advice on how to go about this
I sent my friend's passport with a 5yrs Canada visa that was delivered to me 5 days ago. By bus to Port Harcourt on getting to PH, instead of her going there and picking up the passport herself, she sent one of her workers to pick it up for her... On getting back he said he was robbed and they collected everything with him including the passport

Please how can she retrieve the visa after getting a new passport....

Gentlesoul3268:

If you are resuming in January 2024 you can still make your payment after your deadline but you most complete the first semester fee required from your LOA before you travel to Canada.

A friend of mine did the same thing even he paid 3 days before his flight and gotten his acknowledge payment receipt while his on transit before landed, upon landed no officer was asking him any single thing.

Note: make sure you pay your first semester tuition fee as required from your LOA before you travel to Canada .

You can email the school and inform them how difficult you are facing through your bank to make the payment to school.

Trust me that's what a friend did and they responded that they are aware of that and he should make sure he pay the fee before travel to Canada inorder to avoid officer query at the Airport..

I hope this help?
