They're looking for how to delay it until after Supreme Court judgement.

This case is simple now. Highest they will not release Tinubu's own certificate. The school can still go ahead and release other document as per the judgement.

I.e
1. Original sample certificate issued in 1979

2. A copy of Ttinnubu's certificate issued in 1979

3. A copy of the certificate Ttinubbu submitted to INEC if truly same was issued to him by CSU!, But in another person's name! This is to check and compare the wordings, fonts, signatures etc for consistency.

4. CSU document certified by James Orr as well as communication relating to it.


So even if Ttinubbu appeal for his certificate and document not to be released, only No.2 will be affected. The school is under obligation to release other document which is more than enough to do comparison with what Ttinubbu submitted to INEC.

But on a serious note? Why on earth will our number 1 citizen be attempting to block the school from releasing vital information?
