Do unborn babies have souls?

If yes, then;

At what stage do soul enters an unborn child?

Is it at the BLASTOCYST stage?
or
Is it at the EMBRYO stage?

I'm not used to all these terms but the soul is an embryo. Once implanted whoever terminates it is guilty of murder from God's viewpoint:

“If men should struggle with each other and they hurt a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but no fatality results, the offender must pay the damages imposed on him by the husband of the woman; and he must pay it through the judges. But if a fatality does occur, then you must give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, blow for blow. Deuteronomy 21:22-25

The embryo is a SOUL whatever affects it is of serious concern to God!

What I know is that a soul is a complete being.
So I would say a person is a soul the moment he starts living. Right from conception.
