Well, he responded that he backtracked after reading by himself (which I drummed into his head ab initio) that it is not possible to convert a tourist visa to a work visa in Japan. He said the agent would refund the money, and he would never do anything tourist visa.

And if you want to go to Europe with visiting visa.. there is a country that I can recommend for you. But they don't speak english. I have seen people move there and change to work permit. As long as you pay company tax

He can only regularize his papers through marriage to a citizen withing allowable timeframe, else he will become illegal immigrant and prone to deportation. It's just NOT worth being an illegal immigrant, it sucks. I met a man in London years ago, he was a taxi man. He told me he wasn't able to attend his parents funerals...he couldn't travel out of UK, he was illegal. Mehn, 11 years of illegal status and no path to regularize his status. Damn, it sucks.

Only few countries are better for Nigeria for Nigerians to hussle, unless you are going there with valid immigration documents to work.

I explained tire that it is not possible, he refused to listen. Telling me he has paid 500K for the visa (total amount is three million naira) and has applied for an interview at the embassy. I told him to contact me if he gets issued the visa. Almost two weeks now wey bros don apply for visa, I never hear from am.

Hungary is not friendly to immigrants.
They are one of the EU nations kicking against African/Afghanistan/Syrian immigrants coming be sea and they refused to accept any quota when immigrants were being shared. They are even erecting fence at their border. A former communist zone.

Bro I will advise you sincerely because I have first hand experience in Hungary. Years ago I lived in Budapest Hungary for 4 years, it's a very difficult country to survive as a foreigner due to language barrier, weather, economic is not buoyant compare to other western Europe countries, few blacks reside in the country managing themselves.

The citizens are struggling themselves to survive, some of the citizens go to neighbouring countries to work like Austria that they share borders with.

If you are not careful you might be forced to engage in illegal activities for survival.

If you are bend on embarking in this journey I will advise you to look into student visa route atleast you can work part time for sure especially from there you can figure out what next to do. I can connect you to a friend of mine that is redeemed a pastor that is if you eventually get to Hungary on a student visa.

Have a thorough thought about this and make the decision that best suits you. I Wish you the very best in whatever decision you make.
