Hello good morning house
Please, I am looking for accommodation. Please I need a 3 bed space in York, Leeds, Bradford, or anywhere not too far from York, I will be very glad.

My family is joining me next week and I don't have accommodation yet.

Would appreciate directions as per where to look

Hello

For those of you that are up to date with the visa rules and requirements, what happens if someone on a skilled worker visa is made redundant? I understand they have to leave the country within 60 days. Has anyone been fortunate enough to find another sponsor within that time frame. Asking for a friend who was made redundant last week. Thanks for your contribution.

60 days start only when immigration sends you a letter or e-mail so it's better he start searching now to have more days

Hello everyone,
Please I need advice.
I'm in a situation and i need advice on how to opt out.
So my uncle wife took advantage of my wife because of too much respect. (wifey bleeped up big time). We recently moved close to them because she's the one who helped us with COS. She recommended a cooking pot (salad master) as we needed to set up the house and kitchen, but i declined immediately after i heard the price (4200 pound DD payment for 4years for 5pcs set.)
During the chat, i discovered she'll get about 500quid referral and thats why she's desperate for us to buy it. The discussion happend about 3 other times and my response was no. My uncle got involved at a point and he also supported her wife because that's what they use too but i insisted. Then she turned to my wife and start to convince her but we'd already discussed and it was a NO.
Fast forward to a month after, my wife was in their house sleeping, she then woke her up only for her to see the pot has been supplied, and they were already cooking with it for her induction and to use it. In the prescense of the supplier, my wife tried telling her we've already discussed this many times and we were not interested but she cut her and told her since they were already cooking with it, we cant opt out. She couldnt call me because she wasn't with her phone. She ensured all the paper works was done and DD was set before she let her near her phone. My wife has so much regard for her and that's why she couldn't say NO. Too much respect...

I got to know that day and i got mad at her, how can you let her lure you into a 4k financial engagement despite several discussions, she just dey cry and she was preggy....

I immediately told her to come take the pot but the supplier said no way, DD has been set and there's no going back)(dey don plan am.)
Bleep up i did was, i should've rang the company directly but i just gave up because i dont want issues between me and egbon.
Now, COS no get shift, there's no work in cardiff at all and all the load is on me. DD is 94quid per month and it's choking.

Here is my question, is there anything i can do to opt out legally? we're 6 months into the contract and it feels like forever, i dont mind losing 1k just to opt out, but i dont wanna do this no more... We can't afford with the all the bills and expenses we already have.

It's tiring...
I look forward to ya'lls suggestions
Wtf! I just got pissed off reading this. People are really wicked and self centered.

Sound like a lot of manual fiddling. What happens if you forget or have a busy day?

I prefer setting up all my DDs to be on a particular day (preferably after payday). That way, I know what sum I need to leave in my account to clear it and move most of the rest to savings afterwards.

some refused to change date, changed employment like 3 times, so all has been affected, yeah I get notifications from my calendar and bank before tge DD day as well, also I always keep extra cash in account c

The scammers are often easily identifiable.

They mass post cars. Check their profile and you'll see they posted lots of car usually at give away price.

Also, don't pay until inspection.

Check car MOT history online using number plate, reveals some faults the car may have had.

Get the book value of the car by filling a dummy insurance quote online

Once I spot one, I block immediately so as to not see his other ads.

Any once I get a reply that ..contact us via….., I know it’s them.

This is not true. Even if your visa is 5 days old they can still sponsor you

For Question 1 and 3, the answers are clear on the UKVI Health care visa webpage. Regarding basic visa rules, you'd not get any information online that'd rival what you have there.

Extra work has to be in thesame occupation code as your mainjob or a shortage occupation. Extra work done with your sponsor is not counted towards your 20hrs.
Thank you.

Does data analyst fall under this group under shortage occupationlist? "IT business analysts, architects and systems designers – all jobs"

For Q2. No.

If you are already residing in uk, you should by now be attending church or mosque for information. Otherwise browse rightmove and you will get what you want. If you do not have a particular place in mind among these areas, I will advise you choose Huddersfield or Halifax which is the center to anywhere but a bit far from York. 25 mind to Leeds, 15 mins to Bradford, 40 mins to Manchester etc

Good morning house

Please i need advise on how to handle my situation

The apartment i reside has a car park that is free for residents while visitors have to pay. I have being parking here since April with no issues. This morning i discovered two letters from civil enforcement addressed to me in the wrong mailbox (for some reason the letters had been delivered to the wrong mail box). The first letter was for a parking charge of £100 for an offence in early August. The second was to say my debt has been transferred to a 3rd party agency and the fine is now £170. I spoke to the building manager about this error from their end, and he said if i had come early before it was transferred he would have suggested a solution but for now it late.

Please what can i do, as I am not ready to waste £170

I will not join people to talk bad about ur brother's wife cos if we ask her too, she will have different story to tell.
It is either ur wife didn't tell you the truth or you are not telling us the truth.
I was in the same situation when I arrived; my bro wife will be luring me to buy things whenever we go for shopping, I told her I don't need them for now, I only buy things in my priority needs.
Even when my family was coming to join me here, we both went for shopping for my family, if she point on goods that I consider high price or irrelevant; immediately I will reject it.
She tried same thing with my wife when she arrived but thank God for the kind of wife I have. She's not materialistic.

Issue an appeal and escalate to the parking ombudsman.........(POPLA)

Is your parking enforcement company, a member of British Parking Association Ltd.... If they are, begin an appeal process......

You probably have been lucky that you didn’t get a ticket since April. Trust me there is nothing to be done than to pay it except you think you have a chance with appealing which I believe you don’t as the Civil Enforcement Officer would have taken enough picture and video evidence. Sorry bro, May God replenish your pocket.

NB: You have learnt the hard way to always read Timeplate whenever you park.
