Ikoyi keh, it took them 4 solid months before they processed my passport.

Once your NIN corresponds with your documents you are good to go and do it in any state . Nigerian language is money . Give them money you get it same day .

The fastest states that issues passport is mostly in the north, can be ready in 3days. You can research about it. Even with tips in western states here, you still have to wait at least a week if using 10years duration.

Plateau state.....summit all your documents in the morning and come back and collect your passport in the evening
