Last year when I wanted to get it in Oyo state,they said the backlog is holding till December from September and if I need it urgently I was advised to go to Ekiti state,Ondo state or Osun state. A friend did it in Ekiti and another in Osun state and they got it in less than 2 weeks .

I have seen someone who did it for grandma in Ilorin Kwara state and got it in less than 1 week

Stay away from Lagos and visit any northern state, you will do it at the normal price of 25k.
Ogun, Oyo State is better than Lagos anyways

It's same Nigerians in charge everywhere. It's fastest through egunje. You look for an immigration officer you know, give him all details to get your passports with their own tip in tow. It would be ready in a jiffy. Take that to the bank!

Make anybody no mention Lagos, osun and oyo states here o.
I repeat no one should mention those states here.

Except you want to pay for a vvip service and get it in a jiffy, if not you go wait for at least minimum of 2 to 3 months.
Even if you settle ground and the settlement no heavy or your contact no get mouth for the office, you will still wait like a regular person.
