God is just so perfect in his creation. Without sleep and night creation no complete o.😂 I can sleep with/without light, but I prefer dim light tho.

I prefer to sleep in a cool room, just with very little ray of light or dim light, all these colored bulbs.

I’m afraid of the dark so I sleep with some light on, hallway light, television light, phone light, any light but never pitch black.

You're not alone, I do that too but not necessarily with a thick cloth

Growing up I had no problem sleeping with the light on but for the past six years or so I can't sleep with the lights on. Even if I'm feeling very sleepy, the moment they bring light, the sleep is gone!!

Most times I turn of the light in my room even when PHCN didn't bring the light so I can sleep. Please who is going through this?

You are not the only one.

Even the slightest flicker of light from a torch can wake me up from sleep.

I enjoy sleeping in a totally dark room.
