You may wanna try a Masters in HR at University of Regina, Saskatchewan. No supervisor required unless you want a core business Masters course like MBA.

The journey started in October 2022 when I did medicals for UK but the TB x-ray came out with scars in my chest and I was told to do sputum test. Result came out 28th of Dec 2022, 2 came out positive and 1 negative. I had to start treatment for 6 month and didn’t pursue the UK anymore. However, decided to apply for Canada study permit during the end of my treatment in May. I applied for Canada study permit May 31st and got denied June 22nd due to proof of fund even with 26m. Their reason was, I had the money quite alright but my salary cant provide me such huge amount, so I had to reapply and explain I got cash gift a year ago from my dad and showed when it entered my account a year ago. I also went further to get GIC certificate and paid 85% of my school fees since the school didn’t allow me to pay 100%. This was to proof that the money is mine and not for show off as they previously thought. By the way I had to do another sputum for Canada medical and also see a lung specialist to be sure I am perfectly okay. It was an interesting experience of almost a year. I thank God it ended in praise. Thank you @ketima for your advice, thank you @bigsammy for guiding me on GIC and how to draft LOE. Also, thank you @bobomaigida for reviewing my sop. Although the available funds are sufficient for someone with a sponsor, a detailed review of your application could reveal the concerns of the VO. For instance, a VO can refuse an application for insufficient funds, even if the balance is enough to cover the cost of education for 1yr if;
1. there is a large deposit with no reasonable explanation, and the account's history is inconsistent with such a deposit.
2. The account was opened recently
3. It is a corporate account with less than 1y statement and poor cash flow.
4. Unconvincing source of the income
This list is not exhaustive. Review the bank statement for the aforementioned and see how you can address them.

Furthermore, provide proof of relationship, even if you have the same surname. Note that the same application can be refused for a reason unrelated to pof. So, it is important that you address every aspect of your application adequately. Most importantly, order a GCMS note to identify the specific cause of refusal.

Try Conetoga, Fleming (it requires first semester deposit) and sheridan but if you're sending in your documents, make sure you send everything to make it faster.

If I’m correct you are using Mtn network to browse, if yes, the try using Airtel.
