Most of these guys are doing nothing out there aside from running their own personal empires. They are easily replaceable with people with better academic qualifications even right here on Nairaland within just a few hours notice!

the lateness was caused by the poor implementation of the government policy of subsidy removal, most of the workers probably need to Trek a reasonable distance from their houses to save part of the cost of transportation which has gone high heaven.

The federal system is a complex structure that is run on laws, regulations, circulars, PR, and deep experience. The civil servants are far more knowledgeable than him about the system. They will set him up and need him up quickly if he takes them on.

You came late to work and you're still making noise. Fire them all and let them go and find jobs where they can resume work whenever they like.
