Reason been, university doesn't issue certificates twice, and certificates of each set MUST be identical in all features, except you didn't graduate with your mates.

An original looking certificate is as worthless as one printed on Tissue paper IF the school denies the student. Actually the certificate is a ceremonial document, what matters is the records from the school. Verification from the issuing body is what trumps every consideration

If Audu claims to be born in USA for example, it doesnt matter whether he has the birth certificate to prove it, What matters is if there is a record of his birth with US authorities, whether he brings a tissue paper or original looking paper is immaterial if the birth cannot be verified. Verification is the main thing, the document is largely ceremonial as no one will take any document no matter how fake or original it looks at face value without verifying

Tinubu is using 1974 Family Education Right and Privacy Act to frustrate Atiku.
The university has attest that Tinubu is one of their graduands and discrepancies might have been due to fonts change and human errors

Yr cert already has a sig. Of the existing ref. at 2011.

Approach the school in 2010 to award you a new one.

Who do you expect to sign the new certificate? The registrar in 1990 who has probably retired or even died or the new one in 2010?

Which was exactly what Tinubu said, the original cert was lost when military came to arrest him, and he got a new one many years later
