....And in your several travels and trips around the world you saw the major roads and highways littered with rag tagged okada and tricycle riders with no regards for personal safety or the safety of other road users.

Exactly, I spoke to a few security personnels about the influx of foreigners a few years back and this was before the killings became very rampant.

If other states are in a mess, Abuja should be different.

I don't know why most of the motorcycles in Abuja don't have plate numbers? Moreover, most of the motorcycle riders disobey traffic rules. They are also very violent and carry weapons about. I think government should regulate them by ensuring they are registered. When they ply routes prohibited for them, they can pay fine to serve as a deterrent.
