He is not listed as having graduated laude, magma cum laude or summa cum laude. He is also not listed as having made a first class (assuming that CSU uses the British system). So where did this "first class" myth erupt from?

CSU says he is an alumnus. Up to this point that information still stands.

On quite a number of threads, it has been made clear what the lawsuit in the US is aimed at: proof that the certificate submitted to INEC did not originate from CSU. That is what is justiciable in Nigeria's court system - at least as far the elections are concerned. There are other issues that the suit in the US addresses but the main theme is the validity of the certificate submitted to INEC.

Not everybody is interested in flaunting academic degrees acquired. If the minimum qualification is WASC and you have, then bring it. Of course Obi has studied in the Ivy League institutions but the job of president here requires WASC to qualify and that's what he submitted. He has then challenged you to reach out and verify both his WASC and all of the other qualifications he claims. He promised not to stop you with a court injunction.

Compare that with another candidate who doesn't even have the minimum WASC, but only went to www.diplomamakers.com to download a forged university certificate and is now begging the court to block those who try to verify his claims.

Admitted to study business and administration by graduated with accounting. Graduated top of class and cleared all the awards but is fighting to prevent an inquiry into his flying colours.
