My cordless circular saw have 3 ni-cd battery but I’m. converting to 24V lithium.

I’ve tested it with a converter and it worked great.

I met the young chap handling my structural designs around Langbasa jetty in 2014.

He was holding some drawings that he want to deliver to clients in Ajah axis and I approached him to have a chat with him.

Around that time, I was on a project designed by one of Nigeria’s finest contemporary architect, Tona Ladega and there was serious challenge getting approval to move to site due to some review/revisions needed to be made to the design.
So the client asked me to take over the redesigning of the structure to secure approval to commence construction.

The young chap did an amazing job on that project.
Since then I’ve kept him as a member of my team and I’ve introduced him to a lot of clients, projects and partners .

He was the one I charged with the responsibility of liasing with the DetWilson team when we wanted to order bulletproof glass for one of our projects.

He was the one who redesigned the structure of Nonuolets by NextHome in 2021 when the original designer wanted to start playing games.

He’s currently understudying the structural engineer who designed the structure with 16.1m unsupported beams carrying 4 floors in my ongoing project.

He worked on 99% of the structural drawings of the projects I handled here since 2015.

I’m happy to support him with tools, resources and opportunities that can make him grow.

As a tradition in NextHome and incentive to do more, I recently gave him a 16gb 256gb SSD 10th Gen laptop.

He’s already preparing for our next project.
