These fintechs are the contemporary disruptors while the commercial banks are still in the classical era.

Their applications and softwares are very robust and user friendly. Better UI/UX than the commercial banks.
They have wide range of lifestyle offerings that attract potential account holder.

They are the future and if you have observed, the commercial banks are already copying some of their strategies.

Wait and see what the Telecom owned banks like smart cash bank will do in future. The Telcos have the war chest to snowball a Fintech startup to challenge the banks in future.

Also after a while , you get complacent , have a lot of terminals . Pay most of my suppliers from there when I remember the amount of funds I have there and that I have not transferred out for sometime . So slowly you adopt them , guess it’s the same for everyone else
