There is nothing abnormal in the Certificate from CSU Tinubu submitted to Inec

Overseas Universities do issue replacement Certificates and CSU explained it

It is hate that has blinded you to Truth

If Tinubu had submitted only the Letter from the University of Chicago Confirming he Graduated from there it would have been enough
.you have only succeeded in digging up more evidence that Tinubu did indeed Graduate from the University
