Please o my dad is an army officer, and till now no salary?? Does anybody know of any military personnel that has been paid. I am a student, and this is just heartbreaking.

This issue can be a complex one

I once informed my parents that I haven't been paid during the covid19 era meanwhile it was a lie so it could be so.

Even monguno allowance when no dey get issue, e never lap.
