He's good as non Chairman in FCC who waits for Chairman to eat & get filled up first. Until he's given a slot if not, he can't just walk abt writing for slot at top places where recruitment is minimal. Although his relationship wit speaker can make him good as 5G

Read it again. I nvr mentioned he need write to FCC for slot. DSP is always under Speaker, until Speaker is filled up, that's when he gets to see slots well. This just like saying Vice Chairman Ctte can give job in that ctte any how without prior notice of the Chairman. I'm just saying, don't just pressure the Deputy, cause sometimes his hands may be tied. ✌️
