You are not just getting the point. Nobody is disputing the fact that Tinubu attended CSU. The main issue is his certificate. What he submitted to INEC is quite different from what CSU has in there record. And the result states that he graduated in 1970 which according to the school was not in existence by then. This is a clear case of forgery. In my opinion, there is no difference between Mmesoma and Tinubu.

Nigerian opposition parties and figures nowadays are just clowning around and not addressing issues of concern to Nigerians. I've often maintained that APC ( then ACN) was more credible and relevant as an opposition party during PDP's heydays than PDP/LP currently is now. There's really no one to challenge the ruling party to be up to their responsibilities. Atiku for the past few days has been wasting his time in US Court chasing shadows and recently came to cry on national TV. NIgeria sadly thrives partly on emotional responses, i.e religion, ethnicity, relationships. It is hard to know what or who is real. One is a case to defraud while one is an un-authenticated case. But the process to know the reality of the certificate has been clouded by emotions. The only thing I understand is that the certificate he is parading is likely a replacement one from the late 1990s. The school like many universities use vendors to print their certificates for security and various reasons, so they do not authenticate picked up replacements certificates the only thing they can authenticate is the academic transcripts. This issue has now delved into forgery fake etc. Many people are unaware that replacement certificates will have the logo, signatures of current leadership of the school. Actually do not believe the narrative, you cannot obtain a certificate from any roadside printer. What the school is saying that vendors print certificates for them and any new or even replacement certificates are channeled through vendors. But once the individual pick up the replacement certificate, they do not retain a copy of such. Copies they retain are those not picked up. The testimony did not actually prove anything because to do that you have to know the vendor who printed those types of certificates that Tinubu has and go then invite them but because of privacy laws it may be quite impossible to do.
