Engagements. My thoughts though. I might be wrong.

Maybe it's like here.
You can share 1million posts with helpful info
And some ppl will still send dm
And when you don't respond you could end up being subject of a ' these ppl don't respond 'matter.
Sometimes the bandwidth for one on one no dey cool

Guys Anyone with link for construction job in London?

Get a Cscs card and apply jobs on findajob.dwp.co.uk. you dont need cv to apply to start. Or walk to construction sites to start working. You can also use the cscs card to work as scaffolder.

The issue majority of our people have is, they are never succinct with their enquiries........

Rather than be brief and hit the hammer on the head, they start with hello, hi and other irrelevant openings .........πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

Someone receiving hundreds of DM's, he would simply have to filter .........😜

I don’t think it’s the same. If I post helpful info on my timeline and people reach out on my dm. I either redirect them to my timeline or respond to their specific info.

He was recently called out, and I wasn’t surprised because my own message Dey e dm over 4 months now 😁.

Btw, if you try to tell me his dm is full bla bla bla, I’ll tell you it’s not true. Because I ran social media campaigns that brought over 300 messages daily for several months and every single person got their response. That’s because I needed to respond to them. ✌️

You ran social media campaigns for profitable purposes I suppose? So you had a duty to be up and doing with timely responses regardless of the volume of messages. Your case and his case are not the same.

That’s not the case with him, he already puts out helpful info, if you have to message him to ask questions that won’t translate to coins in his pocket, he’s not obliged to give a timely response. It’ll be nice if he does, but it’ll be unfair to tag him as a bad person or other implied bad tags because he’s not responding to a barrage of dms.

I’m sure if the likes of Duchess and co allowed people to contact them via email, Nigerians would have already started calling her names because she’s not responding even after the loads of helpful info she publicly gives.

If you have a Monzo account and not invested in the stock market........

Monzo teamed up with BlackRock, to provide investment opportunities to it's account holder's.......

https://www.blackrock.com/uk

If all you can save a month is Β£50, blackrock would manage your portfolio for you (for a very tiny fee)........πŸ˜πŸ’°

NB: I hope they would issue a statement of purchases, so we can view assets they are buying on our behalf........ (I would send them a message about this)......😁

The above is now rectified.......😁

He probably doesn't need to

That I share things publicly doesn't mean I need to respond to private or public inquiries

Especially if I'm not being paid for that time directly or indirectly

That was the eighties or early nineties

I remember SAP I caught the end of IBBs regime, everything changed for the middle class then.

Then the first brain drain of medical doctors and nurses started in the nineties especially to Saudi Arabia.

Hello House.

Please I be JJC.

When booking from Lagos to Glasgow through QATAR Airlines, stop over at Doha, then London(Heathrow) before handing over to British Airways that Flys to Glasgow.

Will the point of entry questions be asked at London or when I get to Glasgow?

At what point will I meet with the immigration officer?

Do I need to factor in delay time at London so I don't miss British airways connecting flight?

I no wan lost o.

Help me o. I dey with two children. Dem mama don dey UK o.

I remember while I was growing up, my parents used to say 'Nigeria has spoiled'.. I wonder what I would tell my children whith the current situation.

I used to be pro Nigeria till I sat down one day and realized all my years of hardwork only amount to $ 300 increament after salary has gone up more 6 times from 6 figure to 7 figure. I just carry my bag waka.

So long as you booked your flights on a single tab, your airline would be responsible for all connecting flights, till your reach Glasgow.........

Doha no get any concern, with your UK status(so long as you're legal to Doha and onwardly to the UK) .....

When you reach Glasgow, you go see your people......🀣😁

Goodmorning elders in the house.
I need your input .as a new entrant into UK and working warehouses I always get a rejection email when applying for admin, care support roles mainly because I don't have UK experience .the question is ,how do I get UK care support or any other experience if they won't take me in?pls what can I do cos standing all day in the warehouse is taking its toll on me.

NB I have several years experience working in a non related sector in nigeria.
Am on a student dependent visa

Your POE will be Heathrow, nah their you go meet Border Patrol because you're taking BA to Glasgow.

No worries you won't miss your flight ✈️✈️, you go even wait like 2-3 hours before your connecting flight because they would have factored the border patrol tingi
