We started working on the soakaway system of this building since two days ago. All othe plastering and dressing works are also going on smoothly.

More picture updates later.

We're also expecting to hang all the windows for this house today or tomorrow, workers waiting to dress the windows are on site waiting fornit.

How many soakaway will this building have. Can this be constructed using 9" hollow block? I see you're using 5"solid block .

1 soakaway will be good for this house, I had to use 6" solid blocks to save more space.

Yes we did full POP on the under decking, the tank stand will carry 6 tanks. Thanks.

We have bought and dropped some of the floor and wall tiles at this site. Work is going on withe the wall screeding, doors and windows hanging and dressing, soakaway system completed.

I couldn't get to the site, market was too rowdy with impending price hikes, after buying the tiles, I sent my workers to drop them at the site while I moved to another market to buy electrical fittings.

But these are examples of the tiles we want to use at this site. For walls.

There are no specific height or width, cabinets are designed according to the size of the kitchen and the free spaces available after removing door lapping space, and possibly fridge or other appliances that might rest on the wall. Most people use 90cm as the work table height.

Nigerian made tiles, Spanish is so so expensive these days due to the exchange rates. And the quality doesn't worth the difference in price.
