1. 1000 square metres of land can only build 2 units of 6 flats of 2 bedrooms, with a line of cars as parking space for both houses.

2. I believe that N34 million naira can still build the shell of this 6 flats, by that I mean the foundation till the roofing of the house, no finish stages involved.

We have started forming the foundation walls in this building..........

Making sure of the quality of the iron bars here, we bought the complete gauge that is newly approved by SON.

More of the blocks laid in the foundation, as we continue to offload bew block supplies...........

I'm thinking of the water drainage in this space, as it seems the property at the back is someone's land, you can't channel water to the back.
Now will you fill the back to get the required slope for water discharge?
(ps: if the client was buoyant enough I would have suggested you made some cut at the back to reduce the slope before starting the building proper)

Good morning, yes the property at the back belongs to someone and channelling water to the front is not an option for now. But we will cross that bridge when we get there. People in the neighborhood has been building a lot of houses even with this slopes more pronounced in their own property. We still have plenty of options apart from channelling water to the front. Welcome.
