No, there are no other advantages.

We continued our works at this site, foundation block walls, beams and starter pillars being done.......

Good morning bro, the height difference in the foundation was planned. We did that to correct the imbalance in the level of the land itself. The land is sloped to the back, it's a hillside land.

We will correct the imbalance in the next stage of the project starting next week. Meanwhile work continues today. Thanks.

Updates from our concrete floor cast here, we have been delayed by rains which rendered the entrance roads impassable to most trucks since Saturday, we are currently awaiting a delivery of sharp sand to continue this morning.

Enter building materials to buy stuff, you will use your own money to chase the materials because people are buying them immediately they become available.
