Wail all you want, Uzoho will always move on with Eagles no matter the error he makes.

No consequence at all for mediocrity.
we will never get what we want with you in Goal post

Are you forgetting Enyeama blunders at the world cup.
The videos are there on YouTube if u were too young to watch those matches..
He literally guarded the ball to Pogba's head for an open goal.
Just like Uzoho yesterday Enyeama was never good at setpieces
I remember I also remember him rescuing points for us,uzoho is sub-par

As great as Aghahowa was in SE colours, Iheanacho has equalled his goal scoring record with the national team.
I might be wrong but sometimes I feel we overate this past SE players.
With all the so called exploits in the 1900s, what did they really achieve?

my guy, it’s not about how many goals you scored but the importance and quality of goals that you scored. For example, I ranked emenike ahead of so many Nigerian strikers simply because he WON and scored many important goals. In the short time that aghawowa played, the guy scored few but important goals especially in 2000/2002 ANC

Aghahowa remains one of my favorite SE players..stats can be deceptive...Aghahowa scored very important goals for Naija btw 2000 to 2002 when he was at his prime.
Naija was on the verge of losing to Senegal at home during AFCON 2000...man showed in with an equalizer in the 89th minute and winner during extra time. Almost pulled off a similar feat at Mali 2002 in the Semis.

Drogba wasn't too prolific but scored many key goals and was the go-to man at Chelsea during decisive moments.

Just like Neymar is currently Brazil's all time goal scorer but can he lace R-9 or Pele's shoes in the Selecao?

Bro have been watching SE since 94 and in all that time I've seen our team concede many goals but walahi I couldn't believe my eyes when Tunisia scored Maduka. As in I rubbed my eyes whether I was dreaming because it was so surreal.
We are stuck after this good man,a perfect replacement for Enyeama, reason why I love Stephen Keshi, though later played under Oliseh and Siasia.

If Nigeria will reach the Semis or the final of this Afcon under a Peseiro that I clearly don't rate, it would part-strongly be down to how we utilise Kelechi Iheanacho and how the lad himself impacts games with his glorious left foot and football IQ.

Take it or leave it, ladies and gentlemen but in truth, Our Afcon title quest in CIV rests on the shoulders of a few key players (in tandem with the coach's decisions per game). Kelechi "Alien Kid" Iheanacho is one of those few key players.

He's not Seniorman for nothing.

My Maroc Boys respond!!! CIV 1-1 Maroc.

TheSuperNerd:
Ivory Coast takes the lead late into the first half through Haller. A quick counter attack after a turnover in possession from Morocco.

Bamba led the quick counter, had options and chose Haller who made his finish look so easy.
Morocco suffered in that moment for having lesser bodies back after the turnover. Their rest defence was poor.

The keeper heroics in that first match in Zambia gave us the confidence to qualify for that world cup. Carl Ikeme inspired the team. That's what a good keeper does.

FT CIV 1-1 Morocco.

El Kaabi equalised off a clumsy ball control mistake by Abakar Sylla formerly of Club Brugge now at Strasbourg. Young fine CB but wasn't his day off the day.

It was quite painful, to be honest.... But we could have won that game if Iwobi didn't get a red card... Also, I remember Sadiq missing a good chance late on..

We really do have a goalkeeper crisis.... Adeleye self thats playing regularly in Israel has conceded 9 goals in 5 games...not very encouraging...

Ivory Coast's Ousmane Diomande. Remember the name. A young CB with a high ceiling. I am jealous to be honest.

Ivory Coast vs Morocco friendly currently on.

That Ivorian midfield (Kessie, Fofana, Sangare) carries a lot of aggressive power. No Amrabat today for Morocco.

#MDAfcon23
and na this same midfield jpes will deploy only iwobi and ndidi against? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Mk una comot hope for this afcon cus the heart break will be severe

See bro the problem is not about recycling them again,

Uzoho and Okoye, I see potential in Okoye more than Uzoho, Why not let the nff lias with their clubside, to appoint a sound goalkeeper trainer for them, to be having private practice after match day,

Okoye had shown he can do it, thing is his ill Advices move to Watford,

lemme ask you, and pls be sincere, between 2choice on Italy and Cypois (abi as dem dey spell am again Biko 🤣🤣) Who would you pick
okoye is not better than uzoho

Few but important goals to get bronze medal abi?.
Emenike would have done nothing with this midfield duo of Ndidi and Iwobi.
Give Iheanacho, Awoniyi and the rest a midfield trio of Mikel Obi, a prime Onazi and Mba and watch them score many important goals too.
My point is many of those former players with the exception of just few would have also struggled in this age of modern football and our present set up (with Jose Peseiro grin).
Are the past generations actually better than the present ones? This is very debatable in my opinion.

Thank Peseiro contract is tied to AFCON performance. I doubt that guy go survive past Quarterfinals.

Yea in a 4 3 3 formation.
Boniface nacho and osimhen as the forwardd witjh iwobi ndidi and Raphael onyedica in midfield
I'm not really confident about Nacho playing on the wings though, he's not pacy enough and his dribbling is not upto that of a wingers own. To be a successful winger you must either be very fast or be able to dribble. Boniface will do very well on the wings

You mean Right flank. And yes, unless Osayi is the RB, Iheanacho should not start in that role.

Iheanacho as a false RW or pseudo 8 from the RHS with Osayi bombing up and down that flank will be quite a strategy. But it must be utilised smartly.

my bad. I meant right wing. Nice point

Iwobi that you guys keep disrespecting us one of our best midfielders of all time. You guys claim that, the midfield is atrocious yet game after game, numerous chances are created and aren’t converted by the strikers

Sir,I don’t believe in old player would struggled in today’s football.Every player has their time and that time was modern.

We went to 2013 Afcon with average players and home based Sunday Mba did justice to Nigeria midfield.Did you know that Ogenyi Onazi was not even regular in group stage.

We just need bus conductor like Mikel in our team,Mikel gave liberty to Mba to operate further and we all saw the results against Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.

Update: We Can Confirm That Pascal Uzoho, Younger Brother To Super Eagles' Uzoho Is Doing Serious Things In Cyprus

The 17-year-old we understand, is the current goalkeeper of Omonia Nicosia youth team...and has been keeping games week-in week-out

Boy is definitely carving out a niche for himself in the hearts of Nigerians and top European football clubs

We expect you at the top Son
