fastest way to lose weight natural is on lots of plantain diets. Recently I haven’t done any rigorous exercise for a few weeks except push ups with a routine of one day 100 next day rest, other day again 100 and then rest, this I have been doing these past few weeks together with eating 5 roasted plantain I buy at the road side everyday. These plantains are fresh and gotten from the village farm so far I’ve always been filled, cut down while gaining muscles, as of now, the v-shape at my waistline is clearly visible and turns this change has also added robustness to my little major down there.
