1. Use lubricants during sex (KY-Jelly)
2. She may have caught some stds from you. Very common in the first weeks of marriage. Unless treated, she would always have pain with penetration.

There’s a condition known as vaginismus. What happens is that the muscles contract involuntarily, causing sex so be very painful. 1. You never mentioned if she enjoyed sex prior to marriage. So I’ll assume she did .
2. If she’s complaining of pain then it’s likely two things
