Those of us who are conversant with our election petition adjudication already knew the opposition never had any special case in court.
The election of February 25 is by far the best we have had since 1999.
opposition disunity made it easier for APC to win.. if Obi had remained in PDP as deputy to Atiku PDP would have been in power today but I no go gree of some Southerners especially Igbos...

I pity our judicial system
what happened to our judiciary? What's wrong with u?do u want the justices to sin against God by ruling against the law of the land? Its clearly written that election petition is time bound,do u want them to rule against this?In many states in the US,an armed robber can only serve long term in prison if somebody dies from his/her operation,is this not strange to us here in Nigeria?

He can still pursue it in the courts and gets tinubu convicted of forgery which will put an end to Tinubu's bid for a second term.

No reasonable person was expecting anything new from the supreme court so make una enjoy Tinubu's tenure

Victory.. that is what I'm celebrating.

I can sense victory for PBAT already.

Dollar is 1350 in the black market where speculators hold sway.. One master stroke now will reduce all of them to nothing. CBN warned them already but they are gambling with their fortunes.

Why can't the judges just tell the plaintiffs and contestants ahead of time that they are wasting their precious time?!! That the system is not independently designed to go against the incumbent.

We don't exactly have a Judiciary tbh.

Well... Lawyers sha have bills to pay. tongue

The court should tell you ahead of your filing that you are wasting your time?

You have been here since 2008. I would like to believe that you are not that young anymore. So, why so naive?

If indeed you know i have been here since 2008 then you should know that i won't be foolish to start writing trash.

Nigerians are not expecting the supreme court to remove Tinubu and ofcourse we all know he may likely finish his first term if khaki boys allow him.

The point here is that the revelation of CSU has made it clear that Tinubu committed forgery and im not talking about CSU certificate but the Government college results forgery talking about forging a GCE result of a school that was never in existence until 4 years after. No lawyer in the world can defend him on this.

Section 465 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Definition of forgery
A person who makes a false document or writing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it may in any way be used or acted upon as genuine, whether in the State or elsewhere, to the prejudice of any person, or with intent that any person may, in the belief that it is genuine, be induced to do or refrain from doing any act, whether in the State or elsewhere, is said to forge the document or writing.

Any Tinubu's stooge who wants to argue this should argue with his or her keypad.

You mean Atiku can sue an incumbent president? Are you really this deficient in terms of knowledge of the law or you are simply pretending to be slow?

It seems he's more of Dubai man than Nigeria.

I knew the moment he pitched against Tinubu, Tinubu will retire him. Retirement loading for atiku. 😂

My Nigga. Please relax. You and I want the same thing. We want a better Nigeria. I think Tinubu can do it, but you think Peter Obi can do it. We went into and election, and we won. Though the election isn't free and fair, but that is how election is all over the world. You will remember that Donald Trump's supporters invaded the US National Assembly and destroyed things there because of their last election. That is how election is everywhere. Politicians are ungodly people who wants power at all cost.

Now Tinubu is there. If he gets it right, we will all rejoice and enjoy, but if he get it wrong, we will all suffer.

I can't continue abusing you everyday you post with anger, I don tire. Even if you cannot pray for the country, just wish the country well, except you want make Ogun kee your Papa

A litter of fuel is over 600

Dollar is now 1350
Buhari with nepa certificate met dollar at 200 and took it to 700
Tinubu now with his certificate controversy within 5 months has taken it to 1350.
Still you don't see the handwriting on the wall.

What exactly are you celebrating?

A dollar is over 1350 AND fuel is costing too much because of decades of spending tomorrow's money yesterday., AND not diversifying the economy.

Something which Atiku, Obi and Tinubu were ALL a part of.

Tinubu is now holding the bag. All I will say is, if he had supported subsidy removal in 2012, he won't have had to remove it now.

Anyway, when it comes to economics...
