The court should tell you ahead of your filing that you are wasting your time?
grin

Yes na... Why the pretense?!!

Even Atiku and Obi should have known that no matter how strong their cases are, no court in Naija is removing a sitting President.

Which Judge get that kind mind?!! grin

Those of us who are conversant with our election petition adjudication already knew the opposition never had any special case in court.
The election of February 25 is by far the best we have had since 1999.

All in all, APC should have lost. 8 years of failure. They won because the opposition was gutted by division

Not in the mud.

He can still pursue it in the courts and gets tinubu convicted of forgery which will put an end to Tinubu's bid for a second term.

No reasonable person was expecting anything new from the supreme court so make una enjoy Tinubu's tenure

You are still on this?

When Tinubu took over from Buhari, £1 = N900. As of now, it's N1538. This man has caused the Naira to be devalued by nearly 100% and you're here gloating. Shame on you all.

You mean Atiku can sue an incumbent president? Are you really this deficient in terms of knowledge of the law or you are simply pretending to be slow?

Yes you can sue and even get a guilty conviction on a sitting president BUT HE WILL NOT BE PUNISHED DUE TO IMMUNITY CLAUSE.

The aim here is to put an end to Tinubu's political career in Nigeria and possibly get him jailed AFTER HE FINISHES HIS FIRST TERM.

Inec will not be able to clear him in 2027 hence he will be out of power and will face the wrath of his forgery.

And let me advise you..When you discuss matters please try to be decent and reasonable. Use words that are void of derogation especially when unprovoked.

Please learn this.

Atiku's greed and obi's foolishness got us here.

The main agenda was to retire the APC to the dustbin but fools like Atiku and Obi made nonesense of that

Obi is by far the greatest contributor to Tinubu presidency as that one not only rallied tribal votes from his SE that should have gone to PDP but the APC and INEC alloted votes to same Obi that were meant for Atiku in places like the middle belt and SS.

If PDP is to bounce back, they should expel Atiku from their midst and make it part of their constitution never to admit Obi into their fold ever again.

The curtain has closed on Atiku's presidential ambition.

A case study of impatience, desperation, and political prostitution, leading to multiple attempts without success.

Meanwhile, another person spent all that time building political capacity and capital, and at the right time of emilokan, he succeeded on the 1st attempt.

One day.. that is all that matters with the proper planning and preparation.
My brother, don't be surprised to see Atiku on the ballot again in 2027 grin

Why can't the judges just tell the plaintiffs and contestants ahead of time that they are wasting their precious time?!! That the system is not independently designed to go against the incumbent.

We don't exactly have a Judiciary tbh.

Well... Lawyers sha have bills to pay. tongue
It's not the judges that will advise plaintiffs..Their lawyers are meant to advise them that's why they are called legal advisers in some instances

If indeed you know i have been here since 2008 then you should know that i won't be foolish to start writing trash.

Nigerians are not expecting the supreme court to remove Tinubu and ofcourse we all know he may likely finish his first term if khaki boys allow him.

The point here is that the revelation of CSU has made it clear that Tinubu committed forgery and im not talking about CSU certificate but the Government college results forgery talking about forging a GCE result of a school that was never in existence until 4 years after. No lawyer in the world can defend him on this.

Section 465 of the Criminal Code Act in Nigeria. Definition of forgery
A person who makes a false document or writing knowing it to be false, and with intent that it may in any way be used or acted upon as genuine, whether in the State or elsewhere, to the prejudice of any person, or with intent that any person may, in the belief that it is genuine, be induced to do or refrain from doing any act, whether in the State or elsewhere, is said to forge the document or writing.

Any Tinubu's stooge who wants to argue this should argue with his or her keypad.

You are a smart guy. Nice one.

Even Tinubu knows this.

At least he has fulfilled his ambition.

Let Nigerians bear the shame of having a criminal as president.

Nigeria's Presidential election petition tribunal should be scrapped, it is a waste of national resources.

Let the Presidential election end at the announcement of final winner by INEC because presidential election petition tribunal in Nigeria is just a ceremonial nonsense meant to entertain the Presidency and their cohorts.

Any other Presidential election candidate going to court after INEC announced result is a fool, its as useless as the "p" in psychology
