My Nigga. Please relax. You and I want the same thing. We want a better Nigeria. I think Tinubu can do it, but you think Peter Obi can do it. We went into and election, and we won. Though the election isn't free and fair, but that is how election is all over the world. You will remember that Donald Trump's supporters invaded the US National Assembly and destroyed things there because of their last election. That is how election is everywhere. Politicians are ungodly people who wants power at all cost.

Now Tinubu is there. If he gets it right, we will all rejoice and enjoy, but if he get it wrong, we will all suffer.

I can't continue abusing you everyday you post with anger, I don tire. Even if you cannot pray for the country, just wish the country well, except you want make Ogun kee your Papa

There is nothing wrong with saying that you support Tinubu but also admitting that he did not win this election on "free and fair" grounds.

You cannot want Nigeria to succeed and support a man who employs thuggery and bribery when things don't go his way.

Don't blame the politicians, blame people like yourself who enable them.

Strange that some people clamouring for a new Nigeria seems to forget that one of the basis for this is a justice system that treats everyone fairly and judges by the rule of law - not based on whether you like someone's face or not.

As far as issues are resolved in their favour, it is fair and right, even if it tramples against the right of the accused to fair hearing

Above is an extract of Section 308 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. You can now delete the ignorant comment you made above and thank me for educating you once again this morning.

Let me educate you better...As i wrote, he can not be prosecuted but criminal case can be instituted and brought to a conclusive verdict.

The Supreme court has shed more light on the quoted section of the 1999 constitution.

The Supreme Court as ruling in Chief Gani Fawehinmi vs. Inspector General of Police (2002) 23 WRN 1

“That a person protected under section 308 of the 1999 Constitution, going by its provisions, can be investigated by the police for an alleged crime or offence is, in my view, beyond dispute. To hold otherwise is to create a monstrous situation whose manifestation may not be fully appreciated until illustrated… The evidence may be useful for impeachment purposes if the House of Assembly may have need of it. It may no doubt be used for prosecution of the said incumbent Governor after he has left office. But to do nothing under the pretext that a Governor cannot be investigated is a disservice to the society.

I hope you have learnt something new.

Please feel free to counter it but avoid the use of derogatory words so that i can respond. And mind you, looking away from this i hope you undestand that the legal immunity of a sitting president typically applies within the borders of their own country and does not extend to immunity from prosecution in foreign jurisdictions. International law generally does not grant immunity to heads of state from prosecution by other countries' legal systems.

So even if the Nigeria courts refuse to start any process, Atiku can take his battle outside Nigeria as he is currently doing anyways.

The curtain has closed on Atiku's presidential ambition.

A case study of impatience, desperation, and political prostitution, leading to multiple attempts without success.

Meanwhile, another person spent all that time building political capacity and capital, and at the right time of emilokan, he succeeded on the 1st attempt.

One day.. that is all that matters with the proper planning and preparation.

There is always a lesson to be learnt from those who succeed against all odds.

As long as their kinsman is in power, they are happy even if they starve to death as a result of his policies and poor governance. It's such a shame how human beings can see themselves as nothing so long their tribe wins even if the whole tribe and country suffer.

The Judgement is clear, the president can be investigated but can't be sued until he leaves office. So, what's your meaningless argument all about again? Which part of the judgement did you get your claim that an incumbent President can be sued to court in a criminal proceeding?

Just want to put a question out here for any right-thinking Judge amongst them to answer:

"If a relation of yours was maimed by a person and there were no evidence worthy enough to put him/her in jail,
he/she was discharged and acquitted; after maybe some years when the case has been closed, an evidence clearly showing how the crime was committed, would you accept the initial ruling on the case or would you seek for justice to be served?"

DO NOT LET ANYONE STOP YOU FROM REASONING CRITICALLY!

Why can't the judges just tell the plaintiffs and contestants ahead of time that they are wasting their precious time?!! That the system is not independently designed to go against the incumbent.

Nigeria has officially welcomed: ILLEGALITY, DRUG TRAFFICKING, BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION, CRIMINALITY, FORGERY, UNCONSTITUTIONALITY, FRAUD, MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE.

And you know what? The world is keenly observing!

Nigeria's Presidential election petition tribunal should be scrapped, it is a waste of national resources.

Let the Presidential election end at the announcement of final winner by INEC because presidential election petition tribunal in Nigeria is just a ceremonial nonsense meant to entertain the Presidency and their cohorts.

Any other Presidential election candidate going to court after INEC announced result is a fool, its as useless as the "p" in psychology
hahaha do you need a bucket to help with your tears? What happened to all eyes on judiciary, I thought you Obidient once believed the election tribunal will grant you victory of an election you clearly lost? You think you can force your way to the presidency by cyber bullying and abuses? Y’all better have your head checked😂
