Just to chip in this, although I don't know your plans. Hope you know that,as a student ,you can't bring in dependants as from 15th Jan,2024 except on masters by research or PhD programs.

now am referring to school fees aspect. if i get job now then i will channel that into school fees.

i repeat if you don't have any backup plan or school fees and house rent u can access while u are hear.. please think twice.

I am in my room in Manchester saying this.. thinking of what next to do as quickly as possible to pay second installment

Her surname is used on 2 visas she has uptill now. She has made a publication of change of names already since 2021. We plan to move to UK nextyear. And yes she would start using my surname right from the application.Could there be any controversies on the outcome of our applications especially on me as dependant?

Wife surname I assume you mean maiden name

She should stick to whatever name she has on her international passport (even if it is her maiden name) for her application.

2.There are no implications on your end as her husband since you have your marriage certificate and other evidence to show that your marriage is substantial (real)

Hello guys, for those who escalated, did it expedite the process by any means? Did you get any email after the paid call? Then again, how is the paid call charged, I used a UBA card. Application -15th May; Biometrics-22nd May; NSF 28th June, replied/responded the same day. The whole thing is still with the DMC- it'll soon be two months. Absolutely tiring!

Hello house please I need help cause I am thinking so bad I have done my biometric sing may 24 uk student visa and I have gotten any email from them also I did a paid mail 4 times and paid call 2twice but all they say is still on DCM please when can I do cause it up 2months I have applied now I and my wife still we didn’t get any email from them.

Hello, I don’t think it’s either because of the location or being priority or not.
I did priority since June 20th in Abuja but I’m yet to get any decision. I did a paid call on 30th and got an empty NSF mail on 3rd of July from DMC. Ever since then I have not heard from them and it’s still at DMC. Just waiting for 15 working days to elapse before I make another paid call.

Your question is not that straight forward, please note you must put your school fees balance and you living expenses inside or outside London in your bank account for 28 days before you apply for your visa , that means you leave the money in your account for 28 days between that 28 days you can be doing small transactions daily

Please I have not yet heard from UKVI since
Biometric Date : 13th of June
Interview: 30th of June
Empty NSF: 4th July

I have done multiple paid emails and still not yet concluded.

The issue now is that my course start date was today and still I haven’t heard from UKVI. I have contacted the school.

Question: Are there any urgent steps I need to take in this kind of situation? Please let me know if you have any ideas.
