Guys, I need your advice...

I'm 21 years old and would be 22 by next March.

My cousin is persuading me to learn a handwork (he's suggesting phone and laptop repair) and while I badly want to, there are some things I'm considering:

1. I stay on my own and pay my rent, in fact, my rent is due for March because I paid for just 6 months.

2. I already wasted almost 4 years of my life in the damned Nwaboi apprenticeship but didn't get a penny.

3. How do I survive? While I understand he might wanna help, he also got shitloads of responsibilities just like me. I'm automatically the first son since my big bro is physically challenged. I got 4 younger siblings.

4. I don't wanna make another mistake or waste my time, because I'm finna end it all...

I also saw a comment of nairalander (@pascalbebz) that claims they stay up to 2 to 3 years and their boss starts acting up when it's time to give them Independence.

I'm also a new publisher on Amazon kdp, and a fine writer. My laptop isn't that great but I'm pushing, currently writing my second book. I hate this pressure and anxiety.

I can't work hard with all the sleepless nights, just to go learn a handwork that might bring me sorrows and regrets just like that god-damned Nwaboi apprenticeship.
