Please as advised by @Tradesunmoore, register on the tracker to see the status. A decision has been made on the application that was why you received the BVL.

I pray the decision is positive.

I did already, even before asking. No study permit number or expiry date. They all show “not available”. The matter tire me, I don’t even know what to think anymore.

It will be challenging to convince the visa officer why you are pursuing an undergraduate diploma.
To answer your question, you can easily change the program without changing the status.
airprince:
Hello pls I’ve gotten admission for a 2 year undergraduate graduate diploma while I’ve my bachelor degree already although I studied history and intl studies is there a way I can switch to a post graduate diploma or certificate program in another school without losing status?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by bullstriker: 12:56am On Oct 31, 2023
I believe the officer’s note is self-explanatory and reasonable. Find ways to demonstrate the relationship and his commitment to your education. Some of such ways are:
Tuition payment from his account
Old photos taken with the uncle
Birth cert
His name in any of your civil documents
Link your mother’s maiden name to his surname if he is your maternal uncle
Show your communication with him. For example, email, WhatsApp chat etc..

This list is not exhaustive

Hi all,
I need advice , I applied for my study visa may 2023 but it was denied august 2023 , I had to defer my sept2023 intake to January 2024. I requested for gcms note and it came with a reason on why I was denied. Now I want to apply again at Nov 2023 , but i need advice.
Do I use gift deed to address the reason so it shows in my account as I am planning not.to even put my account there but only my sponsor who is my uncle. Not sure what to do
Please help
Thanks

Yes, he can deposit part of your tuition fee to show commitment, and include the gift
in the affidavit of sponsorship.

CAD $9,309 for my course per semester.
Some courses are lower than that while some courses are higher than that so it depends on the course.

Zammy123:

Thank you for replying quickly. If I may ask how much is the tuition deposit there?

Is there anyone who has a similar case and what is the best option for a case like this? I came to Europe in 2021 with a study visa for a bachelor's degree in management. My program is supposed to last for three years, and my original plan was to graduate by February 2024. However, I decided to take a year off from school to work. Currently, I have no intention of completing my studies as I have been accepted into a one-year program at a Canadian school, which is relevant to my business back home as well.

My question is how do I justify my stay in Europe for a Canadian visa, even though I have a valid residence card that allows me to apply from here? The issue is how can I explain why I am in Europe to obtain a Canadian study visa. Can anyone provide advice on the best approach for situations like this? Has anyone applied for a visa outside of Nigeria with a similar case like mine?

Good Morning everyone!
Been here for a while but I don't even know where to start from.

Recently got an admission offer to trebas institute Montreal Quebec (Just found out it's no longer eligible for PGWP, but people are saying its easy to switch to school that can get you PGWP...) and I've been seeing how the province is more of French speaking folks and hard to navigate in terms work and settling, which is making me consider forfeiting the admission and staying back in Nigeria to complete my Bsc then try PR maybe PR route

I do not have any knowledge in french nd the resumption is Knowing, please advise me. Anyone living in Quebec without speaking French?

Guide a sister in distress please 🙏

Yes, it was the same VFS office in Abuja were I submitted my passport, that I came myself to collect it.....because using courier might delay and it is cost effective.

If you still have interest, you can look out for other provinces outside Quebec; the NSCC is good

1. You do not need POF for school application
2. Self-sponsor and husband
3. It depends on your class of graduation and finances. If you graduate with a second-class lower, you will be eligible for college and PGC. PGC is 1 year. The longer your program, the more POF you will need to show.
4. A sufficient amount depends on the duration of your program, tuition fee, and the province
POF = 1 year tuition fee + 2nd year tuition fee + 1 year living expenses + 2nd year living expenses + miscellaneous
5. Not all programs and schools require a recommendation letter; you may have to check the program requirements before applying
6. Anyone can make the payment for you; the application fee payment doesn't require an explanation
Teminio:
Someone should please help! This is the third time of this post yet no response from anyone......please!

Hello People! Help is needed!

Please it is okay to use different POF for school application and visa application? E.g. One person statement of account is used for admission and another for study visa application
Which is better, self sponsored or brother/husband sponsorship for MBA as a matured student with over 20 years post-graduation?
Which is easier and better to pursue, Post graduate diploma or MBA?
How much is sufficient for PoF for school application and study visa application?
Does school waive recommendation letter from school where all the lecturers are no longer in the system?
How can one pay for application fee? Is it okay for a relative to make payment on one's behalf, if yes, how does one explain to the school.

Thanks for being helpful

I did that because the school wouldn’t give admission to post grad diploma for my 2nd class lower it’s possible for me to get the visa and then change the school while in Canada?

He has to come with a consent form from IRCC sign by you and also come with his passport(any valid means of identification), your National Identity card, your biodata page that was acknowledged when you submitted and maybe proof of payment.

Hi Guys, quick question. My PPR dropped on Friday but my agent has not been able to book appointment with VFS for my passport submission.

He said it is busy right now and suggested that I go to the cafes at the VFS office and try.

What do you guys think. The 30 day period to get the passport to the embassy has already started counting and it is giving me anxiety.

Please is it a must to book passport submission at VFS Can't it be sent via DHL without the appointment booking??
