I blame the omoluabi ethos that allows liberalism of the highest form in a cosmopolitan society....

It has its own downsides e.g giving voice to social miscreants like this GRV who has same idea like his forefathers.....an idea that will continue to fail because Lagos is not a no man's land after all

If you cannot think in Yoruba, you have no business aspiring to govern her people...period!
Thinking in Yoruba means hating Omo Igbo.

Anyway we know you people are taught from kid to hate Omo Igbo.

Every Igbo person should be insulted by GRV the two faced opportunist.

How can you name both Ojukuwu and Hundeyin in the same letter.

Even though Ojukuwu led his people to war and abandoned them (I am not calling him a coward) David the lieing, libelous son-of-a-gun is no match for your rolls Royce riding, war mongering man.

I don't hate him, I think he is a complete slowpoke for mentioning great people in the same sentence as Hundeyin.

If he had compared Sir Louis Ojukwu and Nnamdi Azikwe with Hundeyin, I would have said the same (apart from the Yorubaland and Biafra politics part).

By the way, Governor Adeleke also has an Igbo mum and I am told speaks Igbo fluently. I am sure Igbó's in Ọsun state also gave him massive support.

Ojukwu failed in what way? If only you understand the write-up, you won't say that! Ojukwu stood up against the killing his people by Nigerian police, army and Hausa/Fulani, Yuroba and even Middlebelt especially Benue people who killed the Igbos that escaped the onslaught at north.
What really caused? After the counter-coup, with Gowon as a Head of State, Ojukwu told him to stop the killing of the Easterners by Nigerian military, release the corpse of Aguiyi Ironsi Head of State for burial and also pay workers their salaries. Gowon refused! Honour the Aburi Accord sealed in the presence of UN, OAU and EU, Gowon refused.

Nzeogwu and Ojukwu did what Ha:mmas did to I:sra:el to Nigeria.

and Ojukwu expected things to go back to normal for him quickly as if nothing happened and he did not do anything bad in killing the people and leaders of other tribes..

If there was no coup then there won't be need for Aburi Accord..

All Ojukwu, Azikiwe had to do was compromise and give funds to the Ijaws annually to build a refinery for the newly found crude oil and get 40% ownership of the refinery and spread the remaining revenue from the oil to others in the eastern region and even search for oil in other parts of the eastern region.

but they Ojukwu and Azikiwe wanted complete control of the crude oil in Ijaw land and also complete control of other tribes revenue all over Nigeria and expecting the other tribes to sit down and clap for them stupidly for making the other tribes poor and third class citizens..

Ojukwu and Nzeogwu were mass murderers..

The issue is far beyond ethnicity

You can’t open your mouth without saying at least a lie. Evil maniac lying that Ojukwu attacked Ibadan.
Lagos that Ojukwu tried invading is the sit of power of the federal government of Nigeria and it was this federal government that Ojukwu was fighting against. If the FCT were to have been in Imo, Ojukwu would have attacked it there.
Evil people always muddling up history to foment hate. God will judge you

You see the danger of not teaching history in secondary schools. I don't blame you I blame those who only teach the jihad of Usman Dan Fodio, Seku Amadu, Futa Jalon, origin of slave trade in Africa etc, without teaching us our civil war. Azikwe wants to control oil Ijaw? Were Azikiwe and Ojukwu part of the Coup? Nzeogwu was he not from Delta State? Delta is not in South south? Does Delta have oil?
You think Ojukwu was part of the coup and he was rewarded by Gowon and northerners with an office of a Governor? Read! Stop basing your argument on hear say! I understand how the northerners felt during the first coup. I also understand how civilians Easterners felt when the military after killing the Eastern soldiers in the counter coup descended on them.
Have you seen any northern Nigerian military head of state or even Obasnjo that blamed Ojukwu? What happened during his funeral? Was he not given his full right as a statesman? Ojukwu did what any selfless leader would have done. Security of the life of people under his charge. He even used his father's money and property to fight the civil war. Did you Ojukwu's father? Research! Read!

GRV has is a Yourba man. Not a crime his mother is Igbo. Tinibu won't love his son,Seyi's children level just because their mother is Igbo.
