Watched it on Twitter yesterday, the killer is a complete psychopath. He didn't just shoot them once and walk away, he made sure he finished both father and son by putting bullets in their head while they were already struggling on the floor

Brooklyn is horrible, especially Eastern Brooklyn. I was there as in I came from Europe just to visit,I was In Eastern Brooklyn a black dude was pressing the horn, I just looked at him he felt angry like what a Bleep look. This is crap. The minute the short fool brandished the gun, the man retreated. Your post would make sense if he antagonized the man as he was holding the gun. He retreated, turned his back and was walking to his house and that nullifies everything you've written.

The matter sef tire wrapper...! Heard both parties had serious and lingering beef with threats of death against the shooter and his family from the deceased.

It is even documented that the shooter and his family had called the police and the building manager severally about this, but nothing was done.

This is why I like Nigeria, at worst you will exchange blows and everyone will go their way thereafter still alive. The only place in the World I have had a gun pulled on me twice was in the US when I was still living there. First by a crazy white cop who pulled a gun to my face in the state of Maryland after ordering me out of the car, and felt I was too slow. The second time was in Washington DC by a young black akata thug who trying to carjack me was fumbling with a pistol in his waist giving me enough time to zoom off, same DC one of my friend was carjacked and shot in the legs.Totally gun crazy very unsafe country, but the money is the lure not safety.

When i lived in South Africa, 2 guys robbed me at gun point in broad dayight in the hillbrow's street corner, they took my phone, my wallet, my shopping i bought from SPAR supermarket, they took my shoes, as if that wasn't enough one of them demanded i take my Levis Jeans off because he wants it. I thought naaa! No way bro! I took out the 9mill. I had i tucked away on my waist and pulled the bloody trigger, he lay there in seconds dying the other thief ran, i grabbed my shopping they dropped and gave him chase. Do you still think i am a coward? Maybe i should have engaged them in a bare knuckle punch up. undecided

A scissors is also a lethal weapon, if you brandish a scissors you could be shot.it looks like self defence to me, but he should not have shot him while he is already down, manslaughter i say, the shooter d be looking at atleast 10years to life in penitentiary. And if he is found guilty of code 187 he will do die in penitentiary.

He could also plead guilty and claim insanity and trauma as a result of the noise from the dead neighbour's apartment.
