Good day all Pls what could be the problem with the CCTV, as I have done all I could including factory resetting it but still yet same issue.. It used to show clear images of my apartment, but it started blikering, and finally stopped showing any image... Pls expert in the house, can u tell me what caused the CCTV Cam to stop displaying live footage but rather this purple colour.. Pics attached below

The cables for video output has issues The power cable is fine. |

Yugoslavia247:its wireless camera... You just plug on a lamp holder nd connect via WiFi... It doesn't require any wiring or cables |

BEJV:I reckon you’ve attempted disconnecting and reconnecting the device? Maybe that’ll act like a sorta power wash |

C2Ok:have done dat too, even factory resetting it to see if it will go back to being as new, but still no result...I just tire self |

Maybe a ghost was captured and it went ahead to disconnect the wires. 3 Likes |

The camera is bad, get a new one. That kind of image only happen when ur camera goes bad, be it wireless or wired. 1 Like |
