Very easy lawsuit would make her some millions and get her readmitted with an apology from the University.

Such a condition for expelling her could never be allowed in an university statutes

If she goes to court she will lose hands down. Madonna is not the only university in Nigeria, she could have gone to another. They have thier rules which you and your parents must agree to stick to before admission. And they follow it to the later
