How do you know we wouldn't be doing all of this if Obi was president, except you have powers to see into the future you can't definitely say a Nigerian politician brought up inside the system would all of a sudden turn into a revolutionary just because he said so. Buhari promised heaven and earth but how did his 8 years turn out. When Awolowo died he was described as the best President Nigeria never had, but the man is dead without becoming president so how would we know if that statement was true, same thing said about Abiola so you can't definitively said Obi was going to do this or that because what was his antecedent during his governorship because that is the only thing I can go by not by campaign promises which basically means nothing in Nigeria.
now that Tinubu has turned into a massive failure. Blame all the candidates. Try and bring them down to the same level. Never accept your shortsightedness and political naivety.

All this na stunt!
You don't need to mock the poor cos you're rich!
You may become worse than them tomorrow!

He is not in any way rich. All he is saying are lies.

Things has been hard in this country, removal of subsidy doubled it. That does not mean it won't get better, it will only take time. Even if their Obi supporters won the election and was sworn in, things are not going to be better. It's still Aluta continua, suffering continue. All they are saying is just that their expected result of the election was not the reality. They will be pained for 8 years.
Las las, their LP Senators and House members still follow collect from the billions of naira SUV. So, where is the difference? Political class is same. They will be alright.

This is not about tribe. Peter obi is first q Nigerian. It's not about which tribe rules. It's about effective leadership. Peter obi is effective. Not this frail, dilapidated, worn out and a spent cartridge tinubu. Besides nigeria lost a big opportunity in NOT making osinbajo president. He would also have been a very effective leader.

Vote patterns shows millions of Nigerians disagree with that.

When it was clear that Osinbajo may be presented, una still do campaign of hate against him

This is not about the government failing woefully, it is about IPOBidients disturbing the peace because President Tinubu defeated their leader hands down.

Anything IPOBidients complain about regarding President Tinubu before he was elected, I am coming after them and coming hard.

I am glad I don't matter and don't care about that, why would I roll with President Tinubu who I have never voted for.

IPOBidients go hear wen for dis place.

Oga you don't matter whether you voted Tinubu or not.

Atiku "19
Peter Obi "23

Use your tongue to count your rotten teeth, check the records and you'll agree with me deep within your soul that your choice of political candidates which you supported mostly out of tribal and political bigotry, started the downward spiral of every aspect of Nigeria's econopolity . The Igbos made pragmatic choices based on candidates available while your choices especially from 2015 have been unmitigated disasters in all ramifications, you're even supposed to be hiding your head in shame instead of making noise on Nairaland cool

I didn't vote APC and have never once voted Tinubu since he appeared on any ballot papers in Nigeria whether as a senator, government or President. Go and verify from my past posts.

It is IPOBidients with their innate bitterness and lack of refinement that we are hoping someone does a case study on to see if there can be a way to exterminate that aspect of their DNA.

Never in the history of the whole world has third placed followers made this much noise, more noise than second place, noise over unfounded allegations. How preposterous!

In the same lagos ,Peter OBI won...and PDP won Osun state.

The only tribe that gave all their votes to their son is the same IGBO!

No yoruba should allow biafrans to use REVERSE psychology on them.I think they realized that yorubas can be easily manipulated.

1.Only OBI won among his tribe overwhelmingly
2.The highest votes for Tinubu was not even from yorubas but from hausa Fulanïs
3.Anambra that has had a taste of Peter OBI is not different from other worst states in the country.

So why the cry of Tribalism when you are the tribalists, while blackmailing people for voting Tinubu when Anambra your own candidate governed remain the same!

So you want to compare Anambra with Lagos?

I just don't know how difficult it is for these IPOBidients to grasp such a simple concept as stated by your good self.

A Northerner was President, you abused him and his tribe every day for his 8 year tenure, a Yoruba man is now President and you are spending every day abusing him and his tribe.

Yet as an Igbo poster on Nairaland, you are surprised that come election time, when you vote overwhelming for your Igbo candidate, other people are not doing so.

Strange set of people

Governance is not a turn by turn thingy.Buhari and Tinubu are not being abused because they are Fulani and Yoruba but because of their perceived incompetence.

For 8 years Buhari was our president, it was an unmitigated disaster evidenced by the steep decline in standard of living witnessed by all Nigerians ( one bag of rice was 8k when Buhari took over and ended in 45k before he left) . We were still reeling in the shocks Buhari gave us when Tinubu came and scattered everything completely, leaving the masses in tears.

If both of them did/doing well the masses will be jubilating and any detractor will have no option than to keep quiet. We are in this together. No way yoruba will be enjoying and Igbo, hausa, ijaw, Fulani etc won't follow suit.Like now all of us are bearing the brunt of ill timed and not properly thought out policies of present government.

Nigerians that have the means are now running enmass to countries that are being better run by their politicians. Even though we are more naturally endowed than those countries.

Yeah, so insulting a whole tribe is what u were taught as truth, yes let’s face it together. After all, At the top they all dine together both Igbo, Yoruba n Hausa. If u believe insulting Yorubas is what will make them support ur messiah keep at it, after all it’s a baton pass to you by generations before. So keep applying it

Governance is not a turn by turn thingy.Buhari and Tinubu are not being abused because they are Fulani and Yoruba but because of their perceived incompetence.

Buhari was called derogatory names, his tribe were also abused and insulted. He was accused of all sorts including having sex with his cattle, it was ridiculous and unacceptable.

Same as President Tinibu now, abuse and insult over pre-Presidency matters. Abuse and insulting Yorubas particularly Muslims all because Peter Obi came third, again ridiculous and unacceptable.

Every single economy in this world that blossomed had to go through times beforehand. Only deluded people would expect a stagnant economy such as ours to suddenly kick start in a positive direction. There must be pain befure pleasure.

If the abuse was (a perceived incompetence) over the present state of the economy and kept and that, the discussion on both sides would be healthy.

Sadly it is not, nowadays on here it is:
IPOBidients create (or hijack) a President Tinubu thread to abuse based on tribe and/or religion. Yorùbá's and others (yes others) defend him, IPOBidients go for broke and abuse those posters who have the effrontery to defend the needless abuse of their President, those ones too give them back. Mods turn up and kill the thread or issue bans, rinse and repeat.
